Joe trained our chocolate lab at age 18 months. She is almost 7 now and we get compliments everywhere we take her about how well behaved she is. She also had the rattlesnake avoidance training and hasnt forgotten it.

Joe was late for our initial appointment and rushed the training. After paying up front for a two week recheck, then free yearly rechecks, Joe was a complete no show for the two week recheck. After messages and texts I did reschedule the recheck, but again he was a no show. He offered a refund but never followed through. Joe Reaves is not trustworthy, usually not responsive, and changes his story constantly. Beware!

Joe Reaves was late to first appointment and rushed it. He totally blew off the recheck appointments (2 of them). Not reliable and not ho est.

I would be weary of him. Like the other review says below he makes you pay upfront and then won't give you your money back and doesn't finish all the sessions out. Books new clients and takes on too much workload and doesn't follow through with older clients. He's often all over the place doesn't answer calls or texts half the time and has to reschedule or doesn't show for some sessions.

Extent, did training work with Katie, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and she is so AWESOME and wonderful! We did rattlesnake avoidance, personally not a fan, but a lifesaver for Katie!

scam artist. My grandpa insisted that we got my dog trained by him and we ended up buying a package. A couple of months later my grandpa passed away, so we were not able to finish the training classes. We went to around 5 classes (we were supposed to do 10). He refuses to give us a refund for the classes we did not finish. He also does not answer his phone calls or the countless emails we have sent him. I do not recommend him AT all. If I could give him Zero stars I would. SCAM.
