Had a Shark vacuum that wasn't working well. Was told by Cathy's to bring it in for a free diagnosis. In 5 minutes the problem was diagnosed and fixed. No charge. Cathy's is great!

Luis Moreno did an outstanding job replacing the motor on our central vacuum. He carefully discussed our options. And when he replaced it, he patched and painted the wall, leaving it far better than when he started. True pride and professionalism. Thank you!

I thought I needed a belt for my upright vacuum. I actually needed a new roller and a belt. Within 15 minutes it was taken care of and carried to my car. ?

I love this shop. Customer service is top notch - they are so incredibly helpful and accommodating. I bought my Miele from them about 16 years ago and it's still running like a charm, I've only ever needed 2 repairs over the course of my vacuum's life, but every time I have brought it in for repair & servicing (because it wasn't working correctly due to a blockage etc), I have received top notch care. This is THE PLACE to go for all your vacuum needs!

I brought in my, less than a year old, vacuum due to loss of full suction. I was quoted $79 plus parts for a cleaning and a 5 days turn around time. Yikes! I could almost buy a new one at that price. Hoses were fine just needed a cleaning. I went home, You Tubed it and fixed my vacuum, easily! New filter cost $8. Seems way overpriced for a simple cleaning.

I am shocked by positive reviews of this establishment. I went in to try to replace my Miele vacuum that died. The salesperson immediately came over and me an overly aggressive hard sales pitch. He continuing to come over to me TWICE more—even AFTER I said I wasn’t buying the vacuum because of the inflated pricing. I get that I was looking for the best deal the the lowest model of Miele vacuum, but there was no reason to keep coming at me. Even after telling the guy I had done online research he had the nerve to tell me that the C1 Suction they had for $499 was different than the C1 Suction model I found on an early Black Friday sale for $299. I worked for Miele and know FOR A FACT that the difference is a red plastic case (vs gray), the rude sales guy’s salary, and an included HEPA filter ($10 cost). The internet exists, Cathey’s salespeople! You can easily do a comparison on the two models on the Miele website in 5 minutes. I especially refuse to pay an extra $200 to be talked down to and subjected to the aggressive used car salesman vibe.

I have been to this store for so many things! I was there again today expecting I would need a costly, time consuming repair to my sewing machine. How wrong I was. In just a few minutes and a small part I was on my way with a tiny tiny bill. Would highly recommend this place! Their staff are wonderful each and every time I have been there!

The service is amazing. I called them on getting a vacuum hose. The person knew exactly what I wanted had only one left held it for me. I picked it up. No issues. I've been buying all kinds of stuff from them for years. Never had an issuewith anything. Recommend them highly

I've had business with this company twice.The first time, I took my vacuum power head in for repair.They advised me not to replace it but to have it repaired. I let them repair it. A while later, other problems developed and I discovered that during the process of the repair they had cracked the plastic cover of the power head, and incorrectly wired the replacement neck using wire nuts which interfered with the pedals! Causing a secondary failure themselves.Next, when I called regarding replacement parts, I encountered an extremely rude, arrogant and abrupt individual on the phone. I did not enjoy speaking to this person and for that reason I will never go back to this enterprise. To add insult to injury they tell me my machine is no longer produced and replacement parts are not available. When I asked about alternative manufacturers, this individual was again rude, abrupt and clearly had no interest in taking care of a customer.If I had followed my own instincts and replaced the power head in the beginning, when replacement parts were still available, I would have been much better off than listening to them and letting them repair it.
