Needed quick short term storage. In-Self made the space available over the phone and I was very happy with the moving in and out process. Will gladly use them again.

The facility is always clean and neat. The security system is more than adequate. The staff, when you call them, are fast to answer, friendly and professional. We used our storage space for 3 years w/o issues and will choose this place first if and when we need storage again.

Customer service is 5 star! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The storage unit’s are as clean as I’ve ever seen. No dirt, dust, spider webs. They look like new and move-in ready. Security is great, lots of cameras! Place looks like Ft Knox! Definitely my number 1 storage place from now on!

I had the best experience renting a storage unit. The grounds are clean, they have staff that check units often. One time I didn't secure the lock correctly and they called to tell me. Wow! I highly recommend. The unit I rented was immaculate.

My husband and I rented a unit from this location when it was Catalina Self Storage. It changed hands and the new owners stated they were raising the rent so we decided to move out. After paying the months rent we gave them a 30 day notice. We were able to get all our items out much sooner. So I kept the lock on the unit so we could sweep it and and let them have the unit at the Ed of the month. We went down a few days before the end of the month and we were locked out. When we call to inquire why we couldn’t get in we were told that we had moved out and no lock was on the door so they rented the unit out. I did in fact have a lock on the unit so o can only assume after seeing we had moved out the removed the lock. They did not call us to ask if we were done with the unit and lied and said they didn’t remove the lock. They refused to return any of the rent and finally did give us our initial deposit back. When I said that it was illegal for them to rent the unit out before the end of the month. The owner said you wanna bet, check it out. When I said I would call my niece the attorney. He got belligerent and said I threatened to sue him. I did not. By the way it is illegal for them to rent that unit before the end of the month. They refused to return any of my rent so they now had double rent for the month. Be very careful dealing with these dishonest people.

First time renting a storage unit, this place was great! They always answered or returned calls promptly, met me on time, and once my lock (my own bought from them) didn’t work properly, they met me promptly with a new lock. The storage units and grounds are very clean, I think it’s relatively new construction. It’s very secure, gates close and locked at 7pm and open again at 7am. I recommend this place.

This is a Very clean, very affordable secured storage facility located on the North end of Catalina. They don't have 24 hour access which blows, 7 to 7 are their hours, but that's the only disadvantage of this facility. If you're looking to store your stuff, give them a call, so far as I have found they the best prices in town! And NO, I don't work for em, just a very satisfied customer!!
