Had a wellness visit scheduled for today and received a cancellation call 30 minutes before scheduled appointment. Mind you CMG advises that patients need to arrive 30 minutes before scheduled appointment. So, I'm quite baffled and appalled at how they didn't give me a call until 30 minutes before hand. A Lyft ride had previously been scheduled to the facility and back so now I have to pay a fee for cancelling. Carondelet needs to update their policy and procedures when it comes to appointments and etc.Update: Called to reschedule appointment and waited over 20 minutes When I finally spoke with front desk the lady advised that I could go ahead and come to my appointment. She's unsure why it was cancelled in the first place. When I explained to her my situation she became quite rude and advised that I could simply come in now or reschedule... No apology or etc. As far as I am concerned CMG should retrain it's staff as well as update it's policy and procedures to better service it's patients. I made sure to request a supervisor and am now awaiting a call back.

I just had the opportunity to speak to Tara who assisted me in getting care for my mother. Tara was kind, professional, and helpful. Great job Tara. I appreciate your more than I can say!

This place is a joke! Make appointments and don't notify patients if they dont have authorization! No call, text, email, nothing!! Took time off work to show up to an appointment that couldn't happen cause they didn't have authorization to see me!! Completely waste of time!!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. The woman who helped my mom was making snide comments about her and her personal life, and it’s disgusting. I’m appalled and shocked that someone so cruel is allowed to work with other human beings. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO HERE EVER.

Just started with civilian provider in Carondelet. I chose to be seen in town rather than at Davis Monthan because of great experience with a specialist before, and DO n Nurse Practitioner at Carondelet East.
Scheduled for Mammogram at Stone location 4/15/2019. All imaging locations are up North. I arrived at 10:20 am, 10 min prior to 10:30 appointment, as requested. There is a kiosk that you sign into. There was one person before me. They were having trouble with Orders for their imaging. About 30 minutes past appointment time, I get called up. The receptionist was having trouble with computer. The process they have in place was very time consuming. My information should have already been in the Carondelet system and accessible. The receptionist indicated some was not and had trouble going through the screens. After getting my med card, info and printing out, she then had to scan it into the system. About an hour after my appointment time, the technician took me back for my mammogram. The Technician was decent n personable.
As and administration and operations specialist, Carondelet, you have a serious process problem that needs review. Paperwork should not be so complicated that it takes 20 minutes to check a patient in.

Horrible, been here since noon, it's now 1:20pm all cuz the front desk reception lady was out to lunch and they have no one else to register patients. What kind of management runs a facility like that? Ridiculous! For tops upon her return from lunch, she helped the person who came in after us so pushed our time even later. She should not be working there if she can't run the office smoothly!

Had a great experience here. It was a Saturday and I wasn't expecting them to be open. They were, and they got me in and out in a few minutes. A couple weeks later, when I went to pick up a CD of my x-rays (at their St. Mary's location), the same employee was working there and asked how my ankle was doing.

Very friendly and good service but their billing department is not reliable. I was overcharged $250.00 in December of 2016. This is now May 19, 2017 and I have yet to receive my money back. I have done everything they asked including sending my bank statement showing where I was charged twice for my copay. In April I was told I had been approved for a refund but I have yet to see any money. My phone calls have not been returned. Very disappointed in Riverstone Imaging Center's billing department. My doctor is in the same building and this was very convenient for me. I will not use this facility again.

Nice people. Good service except if you need a copy of your x-rays. They take the x-rays at this location, but they can't give you a copy on a CD because, as they told me, they "don't have a CD burner." This means to get a copy of your films, you must drive clear across town to the St. Mary's Imaging Center on Silverbell. This is very inconvenient. Carondelet used to contract with Radiology Ltd near Northwest Hospital. They took x-rays AND gave you films onsite. Much more convenient. Carondelet, why don't you spend a few dollars for a CD burner at the River Stone location?
