0 stars ridiculous customer service as well as the joke of a "manger" they have running the place. Went to return a suit after it didn't fit and the employee Araceli mind you she hadn't even taken the suit out of the bag and just assumed it had been worn immediately called the manager. Didn't know trying stuff on and returning it was such a fiasco won't be shopping at this store again definitely a mistake! Should've just gone to State and Liberty in Scottsdale suits there are excellent quality, this is the price of waiting last min and running to a retail store in Tucson. Hopefully Araceli gets a raise after catching us for trying to return a item that was TRIED ON! Also very unprofessional comments were made by the so called manager wouldn't be surprised if her got demoted

I really like shopping at Dillard's because their clothes are really nice and they have so much more too. It was a very quiet shopping experience, hardly anyone around. Things are so different now after Covid but one thing remains, and that is the quality of their merchandise. I like that they still have sales but I'm sad that there is no longer a New Year's Day sale.

My go to department store for years has been Macys, but the men's department at the Tucson Mall is in a pretty sad state of affairs. Recently I discovered Dillards at the Park Place Mall and was thoroughly impressed with the brands they carried there. I've been able to find some great deals, and it makes me want to go back and see what they have. The store kind of reminds me of what Macys use to be or maybe a store somewhere between a Macys and a Nordstrom.

DO NOT BUY BAGS FROM THE " WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND" ! BAGS ARE FAKE! Was gifted a bag from here and it took me less than 3 mins to realize it was a fake bag! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize this is a KNOCKOFF the leather doesn't even feel real it looks like plastic! I called and spoke to the manager and he showed no remorse for his store selling a fraudulent bag. He practically rushed me off the phone because clearly he didn't want to deal with problem. TALK about lack of professionalism. Save yourself the hassle and save your money for a real one from the actual Louis Vuitton store since Dillards wants to be ripping people off. Who ever authenticated the bag should be fired because clearly they have no knowledge of designer luxury.

Department store...yup. Service was good. Dressing rooms were cleaner than normal which is good! I was pleased about the selection and that I could find some things that fit. Being tall does have some drawbacks.

If I could give this store a 0 star review I would. Every single time I go into this store It is impossible to find an associate and when I do find an associate their unwillingness to help is very apparent. I am treated very rudely if even helped at all.. If you have an option to shop somewhere else I would.

Just spent a nice 20 minutes with a fabulous person name Chiresha! Walked away with more than product but with valuable knowledge about MY OWN SKIN! Wow -- she is not only the prettiest thing I've seen all day but I think I too look cuteâ€. Anyway, I so very much appreciate her expert handling of my face.

I will never shop at Dillard's again. They are so ridiculous with their return policy and the way they treat their customers. Their selection of clothes is mediocre at best and their return policy is horrible. Don't ever buy something from Dillard's unless you are 100% sure you want to keep it because if you don't follow their 500 rules concerning returns, forget about ever getting your money back. I will shop at Nordstrom's always from now on and skip even setting foot in a Dillard's. There is no comparison and there is a reason why Nordstrom's succeeds over Dillard's. They treat their customers with respect and they will never question a return, not to mention, they have a far better selection of clothes and shoes.

I'd like to start off on the positive. This store is amazing. I wish I can afford half the items in here; however, this review is specifically for the women's shoes. I came thru at around 830pm on a Friday night. Yes they were almost closing by 9pm but I've worked in retail so I respect the stores and I'm not messy. I asked the 3 staff members in the women's shoe department if they carried a specific shoe in a different color. One employee got her phone out to check on who knows which website but she didn't have signal (I didn't either). We went back to join the other 2 staff members who then offered opinions and suggestions. I don't even think they checked their inventory or their website. Not the customer service I was expecting especially at Dillards which is high end. I just said I would simply order them off of Amazon.

Last minute purchase for a shirt for an early U of A graduation the next day. Macy's did not have the unusual size we needed so we rushed to Dillard's like 5 minutes before they closed. I know it is inconsiderate to do this and I try to avoid it but I was not aware this purchase needed to be done until the last minute. We got the help of 2 ladies and they were awesome. They were eager to help, showed us a few options, thought out of the box and ended up finding a solution. They were super patient and friendly while our son in law tried the clothes, and at no moment they made us feel rushed or being an inconvenience. They were understanding and professional at every step. Genuinely willing to help. I feel terrible because as of now I only remember one of the names... Gracie. If anyone else can tell me the name of the other lady in the Gentlemen's department, closing shift, May 11th 2018 I would greatly appreciate it. I want to make sure to recognize her for her outstanding customer care skills. Thanks!

Worst experience I've ever had here this Holiday season shopping. I've shopped at this same store every Christmas/Valentine's Day for 10+ years to get a specific Estee Lauder Beautiful perfume set with the extra Holiday make up gift set (Cost of $130+). 12-2-17 This year the store was out of the big gift set, so the Beauty Advisor LeeAnn was very helpful and looked on the computer and seen that other stores outside the state had some in stock and she said I could pay for it and it would be sent to me. She swiped my CC for the full amount in 2 transactions and promised me the set would be sent to my home free of charge. I thanked her and left happy. 2 weeks have went by and I get an email saying my order has been canceled so I go to the store on 12-13 to find out what is going on, because at this point it's far too late to shop for this very popular gift set anywhere else. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by Martha, who basicaly told me "Yep, sorry we had this happen to a lot of people". When I asked what she was going to do to make up for this mess up and over sell, she said "nothing". I have never been treated so poorly and rude by an Estee Lauder Beauty Agent, so I immediately ask for a full refund. She says I was never charged for the gift set, and would only give me a refund on the perfume part. Even with my receipts and showing her my online bank statement that showed them pulling both sales from account. She rolled her eyes and said she'd call the manager. After about 5 minutes an Area Sales Manager named Renee came out of her office. She had an attitude before ever talking to me, like we were bothering her and her office time. I fully explain the situation and show her my online bank statement for the past 2 weeks showing her I was charged and never refunded. She replies "We don't charge for online orders, you only get charged if it is delivered." Even after showing her the debit transaction and no refund in 2 weeks. She then called security on me while on hold with Dillards corporate line (No reason, I wasn't yelling or threatening). All said and done I've been given a PARTIAL refund of the perfume and have to go back tomorrow as they investigate the situation On my missing $58. For a manager Renee is absolutely unprofessional. The 2 ladies working this specific store on 12-13-17 have no idea how to treat customers, have ZERO customer service, and basically call their customers liars even when all the proof is directly in front of them. I will never return to this store again after this is over. I walked out of this store and straight to Macy's Estee Lauder department and explained my treatment over at Dillards. Lauren at Macy's was completely shocked and appalled that an Estee Lauder Beauty Agent would ever treat a customer that way, as it is not the way Estee Lauder would allow for its product line. I bought the largest Beautiful Gift Set they had (not the original one I get my wife every year) but bigger, just out of spite of Dillards. Not only did the Macy's worker Lauren apologize for the bad agents at Dillards but she took great care of me and even gave me a $20 gift card to use next time I shop. NOW THAT IS HOW YOU TREAT AN ESTEE LAUDER CUSTOMER!!! I will be reporting this incident to Estee Lauder corporate, via email and telephone tomorrow. Goodbye Dillards from a 10 year customer, Macy's will be a new store to shop for my wife
