“Enterprise continues to provide me with excellent service. The Tucson Airport team was wonderful, Jasmine and Frances went above and beyond to make sure I was in a SUV that was my preference. (I don't like the navigation system and lack of touch screen in Mazda's SUVs) With smiles and delightful attitude they got me into a RAV4 and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. WOW that's great customer service. The vehicle was spotless and has been fun to drive. Thank you!”

“We had the pleasure of being helped by Jermaine, the assistant manager at the Kolb and 22nd location. As soon as we entered we immediately were greeted with a welcoming smile. His customer service was amazing, making sure we got everything according to our needs. He was very helpful and provided us with a clean, new, 2024 Kia Soul. I cannot say enough thank yous to this specific location, their staff and all the people behind the scenes. I found myself scammed out of a lot of money by an online rental car agency and came to Enterprise defeated. Within an hour they were able to get me in a car and my day, and weeks that followed completely shifted for the better. The staff is so helpful! EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER IS THERE TO DO THEIR JOB AND THEY ALL ROCK AT IT. So much compassion, knowledge, efficiency, teamwork, communication and understanding! With my car broken, my bank shutting down my card due to fraud, at the end of the day, they did everything they possibly could to get us in a car. They were even available to pick me up and take me home from multiple rentals and went above and beyond as far as meeting any of my needs, questions or extensions!

“This was an insurance company rental or I never would have gone to Enterprise to rent a car in the first place. Simply put, Enterprise is expensive and disorganized.Going through Enterprise's system with the insurance company, I was given a price and size of car and a day's notice. When I got to the little office on Valencia, they didn't have the size car I reserved, and the smaller car I got was $6.00 more per day than allowed for by the insurance company.Why did I give them such a good rating then? Marissa, the manager of the small office on Valencia, did all she could, within the bounds of Enterprise's awful system, to explain the problems fully and get us into a car. She did this with a smile, swapped a few stories with us, and asked for our understanding.”
“mom and pop place that rented me a car for a week for 430 - bring back half a tank- car is used and by used I mean sort of a clunker but you know what. WE NEVER BROKE DOWN drove in the summer. AC blew cold !! They gave the deposit back. Would go back.”

“Fast and friendly service. Even though it was really busy they worked very hard to get everyone out on the road. The vehicle was very reliable, comfortable and smooth driving. When dropping off the vehicle it was the same fast and friendly service as when I picked it up. No problems at all with the whole experience. This would be the fourth time using Enterprise in the past few years and it’s always a wonderful and simple experience.”

“This was my first time renting an accessible van in Tucson. My dad lost his ability to walk in January and had to go to a group home. So he hadn't been in a car since last December. On the phone, he kept telling me how he missed going for rides in the countryside around Tucson. So when I went down to visit him, I rented an accessible van from Wheelers.I was bit worried about how to get my dad's wheelchair into the van. But the person at the pickup location showed me everything I needed to do to put down the ramp and tie down the wheelchair safely. When I picked up my dad, I was able to wheel him into the van and lock down the wheelchair in five minutes.My dad was very happy to get out and drive. I haven't seen him that happy in a long time. I'm so glad that Wheelers gave me that opportunity to make my dad happy on his 90th birthday.”

“While getting our car from Budget Located at 2707 E Valencia we had the opportunity to encounter Esteban (spelling may be incorrect i didn’t ask for the correct spelling.) He was the only one handling the desk operations for both budget and Avis. To say the least he was professional and courteous beyond expectations. While there on 25JUL24 we observed him handling multiple customers quickly and swiftly. Including a couple of “tough” customers. He was courteous still and exemplary as to someone who is working well above their position. Esteban 100% deserves some sort of raise or promotion. Work ethic, poise and professionalism were on full display. He was thorough and helped us get our vehicle in a timely manner. 10/10 would come to this rental place just because of him.”

“Shout-out to Matthew and Esteban. They got me checked in quickly and ensured the process was transparent. No hidden fees and my deposit was returned very quickly. Another thing to note though, when calling this location, someone actually answered the phone. With so many other rental companies, calls get routed thru an 1-800 number which gets frustrating.
It's my second experience with Avis and I'll return as long as things are so smooth.”
