I had to travel OCONUS. They took for wonderful care of our working dogs and pet dogs. All dogs were in good health and in good shape. My team and my family were very happy.

Did not answer my calls several times in the span of two days, with their voicemail message stating they were with a pet or client and would return missed calls if provided with a name and contact number.Unfortunately, they did not fulfill their promise.Now that I know what to expect from their services, I will definitely not be doing business with this place.

I am so grateful I found Camino Verde Pet Resort! I've been coming here for almost two years now and I will keep coming back. My dog is always taken care of and she always comes home her happy and normal self. Andreas is the best! He is friendly and welcoming and really knowledge with animals. Their prices are reasonable and fair and they have always helped accommodate me when needed. Their individual indoor/outdoor kennels is just what I was looking for my shy girl. I love knowing that my girl will be safe while I'm away. I will always recommend this place! Thank you Andreas and team for all the work you do.

We've been boarding our dog here for 15 years. She is shy and picky and actually likes coming here. Andreas, the owner, is very knowledgeable (he's a Schutzhund trainer), helpful and friendly. Prices are the best I've seen in Tucson (or anywhere I've lived).

I really like the owner, Andreas. He's good with the animals and very friendly. I boarded my cat there and had her groomed. The prices were very reasonable compared to other places in town.

I have two great Danes. Generally even dog professionals will balk at three hundred pounds of dog. Not this place. My dogs love coming here and are well cared for every time.

I had to have major surgery out of state and needed care for 5 cats... with only a week's notice. Camino Verde not only accommodated my last minute reservation, but took excellent care of my kitties. They were all scared and unhappy to be away from home, but Andreas made sure that they were all as comfortable as possible and was able to administer medication to our feral boys. He was also really easy to work with and an all around friendly person. When we texted to check on the cats, he responded quickly and was very helpful.We were also very happy with the condition of our cats when we picked them up. They were clean and free of any kind of parasites, their litterboxes were scooped and they had a full bowl of food and water. We treated them with Frontline prior to boarding, but the kennels were reasonably clean and I didn't see any signs of infestation. The rates were also extremely reasonable for 5 cats, with two needing daily medication.We won't board our pets anywhere else!

I have never left my cat at a cat hotel before and was very nervous. Andres was so kind and reassured me that she would be fine. He was very flexible and followed all the directions I left with him. He followed up with updates and kept her pen clean. I was running late to pick her up and he waited for me to get there even though it was after hours because he knew how anxious I was to see her. Andres truly cares about the customers and pets! I'd give 10 stars if that was an option

Took my dogs there for the first time this last weekend. Picked them up and they smelled really bad. The next morning they both have really bad kennel cough.

I recently boarded my cat here and the service was great. I was nervous about leaving my cat somewhere unfamiliar for so long, but the workers helped assure me that he would be well taken care of. They gave updates on how he was doing and sent pictures of him when we asked for them. Overall very happy with my cats stay and definitely recommend them!

I normally don’t write reviews but the experience we encountered was worth posting. My dog was added on to the schedule for grooming appointment at this location. I called the number on website and was looking to know a rough estimate on the services my dog was getting due to my mother being the responsible person picking up and dropping my dog off since I was unable to take her to this appointment. I spoke to Andres who was not the most helpful and seemed annoyed and short with me on the phone got a rough estimate and ended call. After 2 hours of my dog being at this place we receive a voicemail from a lady stating that my dogs behavior was aggressive and no work was going to be able to be done. I immediately think to myself that this scenario is strange because she is not known to be aggressive at all. I then call back the number on website to further discuss voicemail and I get Andres on the phone again and I asked to be transferred to grooming and explain the voicemail I received, he then says he would return my call which he does promptly. He then states that my pet was being very aggressive again and no work could be done on her due that and that if groomers at this location couldn’t get her to cooperate then no place would be able to do it and more than likely would have to see a veterinarian. I was so overwhelmed and taken back because my pet has been to 3 different groomers prior to this place and has had many grooming appointments before this one so that really didn’t make any sense to me. Andres tone of voice and customer service over the phone was very poor when relaying what he was told which didn’t help the situation I was in. I then decided to call our normal groomer location and told her what had just happened, she took a look at my pets records and informed that they had no records of my pet ever being aggressive nor similar behaviors.It was at that point I finally realized if my dog was in fact behaving the way they stated then that was her way of letting me know that this is not a good place for her.Just wanted to share my experience in hopes that this doesn’t happen to anyone else here and in hopes that customer service gets better at this location and you sympathize with your customers when there’s a conflict and help find solutions for them.Thank you.
