The guys here were so impressive. Truly nice, NO BS, and had me in and out in minutes. I got a truck and they made it so easy and they were not your average car salesman hustlers. Truly honest and made us all feel very comfortable with the whole experiance. Thanks Cactus RV guys.

So I dropped off my trailer for maintenance. I was told I would get a call before any work was done outside of my warranty. I did not get that call. $700+ later I could have saved myself a lot of money. Then my father-in-law who’s ever driven my trailer was the one to pick it up because I had a surgery and could not.
THEY GAVE HIM THE WRONG TRAILER AND BLAMED IT ON HIM! What kind of unprofessional service gives someone else’s property away. Who’s at fault if there was an accident?! I asked them to rectify and drop off my trailer while picking up the other. Got hung up on the first time, they got permission to do it, and lied when they came to pick up the other trailer saying “you didn’t tell us to bring yours” I called back up and got hung up on the second time. Then they went back to bring mine and when he returned started a fight with my father-in-law. Threatening to fight him and yelling at him for their mistake.
Oh yea and then called again to bring this up I got hung up on the third time after mentioning my affiliation with TPD.
This company is not first responder friendly clearly, they are not respectful, they are not professional. My wife watched the employee yelling at him. He fortunately decided to make a police report for threats and intimidation and DOC.

Not a fan of this place. Over priced used trailers. They wanted the price of a new trailer on a used one. When asked why they attempted to use the sales tactic of “it has all of these options, so we are below book actually.” They wouldn’t even negotiate. Other dealers had a brand new trailer with the same options for the same price of their 2 year old trailer. RVs deprecate extremely fast. If you are going to shop here, make sure you are educated on the market. They don’t have your best interest in mind. We ended up purchasing from different dealer.
EDIT: I had to change my review from 2 stars to 1. After reading my review, the owner reached out to me and threw a tantrum. This place is extremely unprofessional and desperate. My review is factual. Buyer beware!

Easy! Called and asked them to send links to what would fit our criteria then went to view and purchased. Smooth from start to finish. They made it so easy! And the PDI at no extra charge is a wonderful learning curve and review to make sure you know how your new unit works best. We bought our first new camper from them in 2016 and came back for our next one. Best value best customer service - wouldn’t use any other dealer. Worth the drive! Thanks guys. ?

I just recently purchased a crest pontoon from Cactus RV. I couldn’t be any more happy with the outcome. When I arrived, the boat was exactly as they described. They took the time to walk me through the entire boat make sure I had no questions. We drove a great distance to pick this boat up and glad we did. This is a family run business and it shows. Thank you for everything cactus RV.

This was the most purchasing experience I have ever had. My salesman was knowledgeable, honest, and great customer service. The financing team with the extra mile to save me a half a percent on my APR. I highly recommend Cactus RV for your recreational vehicle purchase. They have definitely made a lifelong customer out of me.

We used Cactus RV to purchase our new fifth wheel. Their customer service was above and beyond any dealer I’ve ever been to. I definitely felt like part of the family. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an RV or even needing service to call Cactus RV. Their entire staff from Sales through management and even service were incredible.
