Terrible Customer Service!!! 10 people in line and cashier (JANENE) decided to turn her register off to sort hangers right in front of us. When we asked for help she gave attitude. finally gets the line going again and when my mom asked about the loyalty program she just starred at her and didn't even answer her. So Rude Ms. Janene should not be in customer service. Won't be returning.

First off our cashier was absolutely amazing! Shelly! You are doing great. She deserves some sort of recognition because her "boss" was obviously under trained and probably a wasted hire. He zoned in on my family in front of my children and made us and the cashier feel like thieves at best. Conrad , yes I read and memorized your name off your name tag and I will never spend another dime at this location as long as you are employed. Im far from rich but with a family of 4 I purchase a lot of clothing but never again from this location. Feel free to watch this vulture on your security cameras I checked out at 4:47pm March 10th 2024. When I asked him to stop mistreating his employees his reply was " I'm doing my job" . The audacity! Your not doing your job your just seeing how hard you can make life of thr poor cashiers. How about instead of triple checking every item I pay for with my hard earned dollars , open another register and expedite your paying customers. I have never experienced such poor customer care in my entire life. And even worse is how he treats the employees.

We found variety and super friendly staff. We went very early on a Sunday and there was practically no one there so we could shop without problems. The parking inside the mall is very safe and spacious.

It's complicated.
Ah...! It's frustrating when the store is consistently disorganized, making it difficult to find what you need. And unfriendly cashiers can definitely put a damper on the shopping experience. Hopefully, they can address these issues and make some positive changes for better customer satisfaction in the future.
