This is my first visit to Buck’s Automotive Service Center, and the staff welcomed me with hospitality and it reminds me of back in the day . I loved how the manager explained to me and broke it down concerning my car needs. It’s been very difficult trying to find a honest company , and not taking advantage . I definitely will return and I’m wanting to keep them for car needs. Thank you again for serving me. It’s a pleasure and very refreshing. I hope this company continues to keep its core values to their customers.

Three generations of my family have been using Buck's Automotive for decades. They are always reliable, trustworthry, and stand by their work. They never try to sell you something you don't really need, and look for ways to help with the cost when possible.
They have done a great job keeping our cars running over the years. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I can’t speak directly for the automotive work, but I had to share my experience. I am only driving through town and am having troubles with our Ford F-150. The shop is closed on Sunday but I send a message hoping to get in the next morning. Mike responds quickly. He says that the shop is booked through the week and given that we can’t wait he refers me to a mechanic that can see me first thing in the morning. He didn’t have to go out of his way to help and this kind of kindness can feel rare at times. Got to other shop. It seems clear that they respect Mike and his work.

I have been a customer of Buck's for a while now. Initially, Buck's was able to fix many issues with my vehicle that other mechanics were just unable to address.
I recently brought my car in for brake service and an oil change. To make a long story short, I had to come in two separate times (after my service) due to issues with my brakes. This was about a two week fiasco.
Moreover, I brought my car in at 242,000 miles for a full-synthetic oil change. The sticker on my car window said that my vehicle was good until 245,000. This made me question whether or not synthetic oil was used since synthetic is good for at least 5,000 miles. They admitted they made a mistake when writing down numbers, punching them into the computer etc. So, they agreed to change my oil for free. When I went to go pick up my vehicle they said they did not change the oil and they won’t. If I brought my car in at 240,000 or 241,000 like they claimed, that implies I have been driving the distance to Phoenix and back to Tucson everyday since having my oil changed (more or less) which is so far from the truth.
I have spent a good amount of money at Buck’s in the last few months. If an oil change (which probably accounts for 1% of what I have spent in the last four months here) cannot be done, when it was admittedly a mistake on Buck’s end, I may have to look elsewhere to get service (which sucks for me too).

Buck’s Automotive Service Center is a whole new experience in exemplary auto care. I brought my 2002 Highlander with 80,000 miles in for service. Nathan took the time to explain what my will car needed today and what service that may be needed in the future. He did no try to over sale me in any way. I did ask about some other services that I thought may be needed. However, after checking the car, he informed me that all was fine. He stated at each oil change Buck’s checks the car thoroughly and will let me know of any concerns to keep my car on the road for another 100,000 miles. This set my mind at ease. I felt like they genuinely cared about my car and most importantly me. I know I have found a honest automotive repair center with honest mechanics at Buck’s Automotive.

I am over ecstatic with the service my husband received from Buck's. We took my Mercedes 350SEL to one of these foreign automotive companies. Needless to say we had our "charge us extra" sign on because that's just what they tried to do. We'll we said no, and thought about Buck's as we drive by it all the time. Let me just say our business will be strictly from Buck's for our automobiles from now on. We saved over half the cost and the efficiency is second to none. Thanks again Buck's!

They broke the record and got my third party warranty less than 24 hours. Definitely would be my go to shop for future repair especially they are nearby.

We were traveling through Tucson and had an electrical issue. Nathan worked us in to their schedule to get us back on the road as soon as possible. They gave us a ride to our hotel while we were waiting. We are very grateful for the excellent and prompt service.
