Bill came out last week and did an expert job of diagnosing my problem and put together a plan to fix my AC vent that had rusted. Great to work with , very affordable and I would recommend him highly.

Bill is wonderful! My home warranty company set me up with someone else who never reached out. I contacted home warranty and said I wanted Brooksaire to do the work. My wife and I have used Brooksaire/Bill Brooks for several years for all of our servicing needs for our heating & air, as well as water heater maintenance. We are always happy with the service we receive from Brooksaire, he is always prompt and reasonable.The reason for my review, we recently had them install a new A/C unit and Bill did a lot of research to come up with the right unit for our house. He got us scheduled right away, because our old unit was beginning to have problems and he didn't want us to go without air in this heat. After a few large HVAC companies told me my system was irreparable and tried to sell me new HVACs or wanted a fortune for repair, I contacted Mr. Brooks who sealed the leak and charged the AC at a fraction of what other’s wanted, no muss no fuss. He kept these old machines working for years and subsequently installed two new systems. He’s skilled, honest, knowledgable and personable. While in a very hot period, our AC quit. This was during Covid and AC’s were scarce. They found one very quickly and installed a heat pump and a new air handler very quickly. I also use them on AC issues at my work.Services: HVAC system maintenance

These people can't drive. Using company vehicles and don't pay attention. Damn near crashed into my car. Did call to complain. Wished I had dash cam running!
