I came there to get my struts fixed they did a horrible job. After I got it fixed one of the guys said it was the car jack in my car making the popping noise so I took the car jack out of my car it still made the popping noise . They said it was a body issue that's why it's making the popping noise I took it to a body shop they said it's the struts. They will definitely do a bad job and take your money.

Took over 2 hours for an oil change. I've always had great service. I was told they were running behind about 15 minutes. More like 90 minutes.

I was at the location for an engine and transmission oil service. They charged me $719.80. I signed to pick up my car with Sergio Arias until 6 pm in the afternoon and he told me it was ready! The next day I was with another mechanic for something else about the car in another workshop, the mechanic also asked me for oil service! I answer that they already did it at brakemax! The mechanic checks it and confirms that it does not have new services! As I said to him ! I checked it personally and it did not have new services, it had old dirty engine transmission oil and everything else that had supposedly been changed!! I called brakemax with Sergio Arias, he confirmed with his technician that they had not worked on the car, they asked me to take it back after the car was in the car all day from 8am to 6pm to work on the car!!! They charged me $719.80 for a job that Sergio Arias didn't do, he told me we're going to give you the money back and it didn't happen that way, weeks passed! I disputed the transaction with my bank because I paid with a card! I returned to brakemax I spoke with Sergio Arias and he told me that it is no longer in his hands to fix the problem because I did not return my car to the workshop! Of course I'm not returning my car! Sergio Arias sent me to his supervisor Javier Flores answers me with the same thing, they are not going to give me anything back!!! They scammed me out of my money! The bank is investigating the problem. The evidence they have from me is my signatures to deliver the car to work and to pick up the car!! And they are offended because I called the bank when days ago they were contacted by phone and in person at the store! They say they did a job for $719.08 when another mechanic and I realized that wasn't the case!!!

I don’t write reviews but I’m very impressed by the work done on my GMC 2014 I took to this shop for alignment . While others can’t figure out why my car keeps pulling off right and left the road they figured it out and fix it .Other shops need to take a class from this shop especially the breakmaster on Valencia.
