I first stoped by this location soon after my first granddaughter was born and my van needed brake services. I remember walking in there only because it was convenient. Same parking as a Peter Piper Pizza with a merry go round, I was a new grandfather with a tight schedule…
..now my granddaughter is now“16” and I have 7 grandchildren and PPP CLOSED their doors long ago!
Just this week I realized again and appreciate the consistent great services received. I appreciate the BrakeMax staff. they complete their work on time with pride, exemplifying they stand behind each and every service for me and my family.
Most and especially in the last year or so I’ve experienced a change for the better and I attribute it to the staff there at this location. They have put together an exceptional team . I go out of my way to continue to make it back to this same location.
Marcell at the front counter and Bill in the car bay area have earned my respect and loyalty. Those two have lead their team to a WIN on each and every vehicle I’ve presented . I currently walk in and leave with confidence that the services were well done and done right. Right the first time to out last the warranty.
BrakMax, you should be proud of your guys. I’m a satisfied return customer. I walk out of their location knowing I’ve received great a value at this particular BrakeMax location .

My Brakemax guys - Marcel and Victor - are great! They take such good care of my car and me. They had to special order my tire (the damaged tire was still under warranty) and I was only charged for labor. And they did it with a smile and they were grateful for my business.

Very friendly, professional and gave me a ride to & fro. Fixed my car on a timely manner. Marcel the manager & his staff are awesome. Never felt was taken advantage of as a woman . Always upfront with what needs to be done & pricing.

Great customer service....at one point I went outside because it was too cold in the waiting area. The guy on duty (Marcell) saw that I was uncomfortable so he brought a chair outside for me. Truly above & beyond!
