I journeyed to this establishment, in search of a certain tool.... a Punch down, used for securing phone line to a phone board. Even though they didn't sell the tool I needed, the staff was super friendly and helpful, they even called another supply house and found the tool I needed! Then were nice enough to give me the name, address, and directions to the other store. Even though this was a seperate busniess. Great customer Service! Next time I need a tool in a pinch Yal will be the first call I make!
