I didn't find any cute and pretty blouses, only t-shirts. Not to much for 2x which I looking for for females. It was great for my husband they had sizes for him. They had a great children's area. Found jewelry and a clip for my husband to wear around his neck with his shirt.

I bought an item online from Shepler's, who partners with boot barn for shipping and returns. I went to boot barn to return a belt..wrong size. Spoke to woman at the check out, explained I had a return. She wasn't friendly, older woman, acted as if I was putting her out with my return, yet I saw no other people around. She pointed me in a direction and said you have to do that at the kiosk. Okk...well it's my first time in the store and i don't see this kiosk. Then she is suddenly behind me. I start to push screen options...nothing happens...she says i have to do that! Poor customer service. Lack of communication. No motivation to offer to see if the correct size was available in the store. Just selects several options on the screen and then says, there its done. Take a picture with your phone for the verification number. I was not impressed.

Monica was an exceptional customer service rep at the Oracle location in Tucson. My fiancé was getting her first pair of boot and Monica really made it a wonderful experience with her expertise, attending hand, and welcoming attitude. Best experience I’ve ever had there and a perfect first-impression for a first-time boot buyer. THANK YOU MONICA!!

Terry's process for applying the national account discount seems overly complicated. Despite presenting evidence of receiving the discount without issue at the Ajo location, including the form that showed the discount, she insisted it wasn't appearing.
It's important not to make loyal customers feel as if they are pleading for a discount, especially in front of others, as it can be quite embarrassing. It might be helpful to verify with your counter store to understand which form they utilize for the discount application. While you are undoubtedly kind, the experience at this location becomes uncomfortable.

Amazing. Been a minute since I wore a pair of real western boots. I thought it would be very difficult to find a pair. 10 minutes and I came home with a beautiful perfect fitting pair of Dan Post boots. Did I say amazing?
