Don't trust phone companies that outsource their sales. The salesman will tell you one thing and then the company will change the rules on you.
I confirmed twice with the salesman that I'd be able to switch down to the cheapest phone plan later if I went with the promotional unlimited plan to stay with. Come to find out, that cheapest plan is only for first time customers.

I already spent 5 hours on the phone with your people when the issue happened, but I guess I'll try and call this number.
Update:
The "response from the owner" comment below is also a scam. When I called that number they were not able to do anything. The comment just makes it look like they are doing something.

I prepaid for a year in advance with Boost Mobile. If I leave Tucson, I cannot connect to any tower and get any service not even 3G. Their customer service is terrible and they won’t answer questions. They can’t tell me why my phone won’t connect to Towers. My work phone is Verizon and I had no trouble connecting to any place. I went on vacation. Do yourself a favor and avoid Boost mobile.

Got an e-mail for being eligible for an upgrade to my phone at a specific price, saying mine was eligible for the deal. I go and at 1:58 it ways it will reopen at 2pm. I come back 30 minutes later at 2:30 and the sign is still up. I hang out for a few more minutes u til the employee arrives.
When I finally got to talk to her, she said she doesnt see the offer on their end. She takes pics of the email sent to me to be passed up higher. I stay in syorr for 20+minutes for them to rectify this only for her to say that she's waiting on word from higher about it, and it may be soon or a couple hours. I said I'd be back tomorrow. But if they could call when they get word. I call back 24 hours later because I had yet to hear a response. The worker says they have no record of my inquiry, and when I bring up the offer they give me a different price 3x higher than what's stated in the e-mail.
I'm glad I called rather then returned to have my time wasted again. Trying another location and hope they are more respecting of their customers times and corporate advertisements.

I've been with Boost Mobile for years (Chrip times) and always come to this location for my every need! Selyna is always to helpful and so knowledgeable with this current technology. Ask for Celina. I needed a phone my husband could use at work out at the mine. I had a great experience with professional good old-fashioned customer service. Our AT&T phones wouldn't work out at the Freeport mine, but Celina made sure to set my husband up with a phone that has unlimited talk and text, and he is now able to even watch his YouTube videos on lunch. Thanks Celina, now in an emergency, I can also get a hold of him at work. All with a great price of $25 per month.

Boost mobile is a scam. Don't get the insurance it doesn't work. Don't try to cancel your service without knowing you will be charged for an extra month. Don't let them use your ACH funds it won't work but you won't be able to use it anywhere else. Don't go to any of them your better off getting prepaid min.
