I went in here because I broke my phone and saw on the website, That they had some for 30 to $50. The lady that was on the Valencia location over the freeway, She did say that they didn't have any stock And tried to get me to buy phone that was outta my budget. She did also say that they have flip phones for $70. Because of this, I ended up ending my service with boost and went with a different Carrier.

Go to see Gabbie. She is so very helpful. She has this attitude: "Don't worry...I will take care of you." I decided to stay with Boost because of her. Great gal. See her, instead of calling Boost Care Center. Really.

Middle finger to the self proclaimed manager in this store. Went in to get account # and he refused to help. Told him I tried calling the indian customer service who speaks little english and can barely do anything, he pushed the ball back and said the Boost CS would be able to help or I need to purchase new 5G phone and plan. Essentially he was holding my phone # hostage until I pay ransom. I knew he was BS so I called around the town, and this girl told me she knew exactly what to do, and told me to go in with my phone # and PIN. That's it she called the dealer support line and volia, I got my account #. Very rude and useless POS.

I have never been to this boost mobile but I went in and I just needed to pay my phone bill and the woman greeted me was very nice and polite and wow I work in customer service but I can say she was awesome she can work with me anytime this is how good her customer service is.
