I would have given 5 stars, but i felt like it took two extra days that could have been avoided by sending wheel to get repaired earlier while rest of car was getting fixed, instead it was an afterthought that cost me unnecessary extra day off work to coordinate pay/pickup. Overall I was satisfied and would recommend.”

“I had right quarter panel damage from bumping into two things at speeds of less than 10 miles an hour. I got quotes from two auto body businesses in Tucson: $1300 and $2000. I went to Tom at Champion auto body and he quoted me $462 and that included polishing my very dull headlights! The job was done perfectly. I think my headlights are brighter than when I bought the car five years ago! The front quarter panel is the same as when it was new.I also want to add that it was such a pleasure to work with Tom who is honest and doesn't pull punches. I felt like I knew him for years after five minutes. He's a good guy.”

“This is probably the best shop in town. Glad they moved closer than Rita Ranch. Was referred here by an Uber Driver about 6 months ago who couldn't believe I was taking my car to be repaired across town. I mesh with the 'Beekeeper' attitude of you choose what you work for "the law or justice" especially since the law is broken. I appreciate Scott takes time to talk to me about the process if he has time. I am sure he and his 'easy on the eyes' family have been friends from other lifetimes together. I say very little, life's been hard, but I pay what he asks and I do not complain because he and his group ALWAYS go the extra mile in some way before repairs are completed. This shop has the knowledge of every kind of repair issue. I am deeply grateful and appreciative of the excellent work they do. I beyond highly recommend this shop.”

“Took a chance based upon the 1 review I saw, and have no regrets. Took my car here for idle issues. Upon arrival, was greeted and asked about what's wrong, ect. Within 15 minutes a mechanic was looking into the issues. Care was taken to be sure no dirt/grease wasn't tracked into the vehicle. Story cut shorter, they diagnosed and determined a fix within 30 minutes and had the car ready in the timely manner as they promised. Hosbitiable and excellent customer service I would recommend to anyone. 10/10”

4 years ago Vanderpool's did an outstanding job fixing my Z4M Coupe after a fairly severe smack, and now unfortunately I've had another smack from behind by yet another inattentive driver. Outstanding results again, including using all OEM parts and perfect paint matching of the replacement bumper. In and out in just over a week with great communication and coordination with insurer Progressive. Wayne is an old-school perfectionist and his office staff is great too. I come all the way from Cochise County because it's worth the long drive. HIghly recommended!”

“Let me first say that there is enough stars to even begin to say how amazing this shop is. This was the best car service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did they do a jaw dropping job on my truck. They went out of there way to help me in a situation that they didn't have to help. First, I went to them because someone recommended Rich and his company to me. My whole truck was keyed and needed a new paint job. Other people that I went to while searching was just very blah, only wanting to take care of the scratches. When I met with Rich he gave me in detail what needed to be done. I could just hear in his voice he took passion in his work and wanted to please every customer. I left feeling like I knew my truck would be in good hands. I requested to have my truck ready on a certain day because I needed my truck for my son's birthday party and they had it done on that exact day. When I went to go pick it up I was blown away with the beautiful job Rich and his crew did. Amazing!!!!! My first stop was to go get the inside detailed because it was pretty bad. Without even asking they had it already done! As I drove it off the lot getting ready for a busy rest of my day, my breaks go out getting off the freeway. Mind you this was not their fault or their problem. Two weeks prior to dropping off my truck to Rich I got my breaks done by another company in which was the cause. I didn't know what to do so I called Rich. Again, not their problem but Rich sends one of his guys out to come get me (Johnny). Johnny found the problem, called for a part and by the time we got back to the shop the part had arrived. Johnny replaced the part in about 40mins on his day off. No other shop would have done that. Even my break shop that I called couldn't even get me in or had zero concern. From the first day that I walked into the shop the guys were so welcoming. I was so stressed because if I was going to be without a truck I would have had no way to finish planning for my son's party. They did not have to take care of my situation the way that they did but they did out of kindness. They literally saved my life. There are no words how grateful I am for everything that they have done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Your shop is amazing and overall just great people. You guys deserve every star you can possibly get!!”

“These guys are angels. My daughter rear ended someone recently in her little 2007 Toyota Yaris, which has over 230k miles on it. After taking it to a mechanic to make sure there wasn’t any major damage to the frame or axles, my daughter took the car to a highly rated body shop, and they quoted us nearly $2000, which is probably 60% of the cars’ value. My daughter tried to explain that she really didn’t need it to be perfect, she just wanted the reinforcement bars behind the bumper to be repaired so that we could properly attach the bumper and ensure the car had a proper impact barrier. She didn’t even care that the hood was slightly bent, or that the hood release latch no longer worked. Before she could even get all that information out, the man, who had been talking down to her the whole time, told her she should just buy a new car. Well why didn’t we think of that? Haha.

So my daughter stopped by JayBees Auto Service to see if they had any recommendations for a body shop, since the people there are so great, and Jackie recommended my daughter go to Spraymaster and ask for Richard. So that’s what she did, and Richard knew exactly what my daughter needed, understood we didn’t want to sink a bunch of money into the car, and he was quick to find a solution for her. He had my daughter drop the car off at 7 am this morning, so he could take a look, and he was able to pull the support bars back into place, and reattach the bumper, fix the hood and latch release, and the car was done at 1 pm. The car looks as good as it did before the accident. The bars do not appear to be compromised or weakened in any way. He even put a new emblem on the car, as the original one was damaged. All for just $300!! I was so elated. We’ve had a lot of stressful things happen all at once recently, and these guys just lifted so much weight off of my shoulders. I feel so much better knowing my daughter is driving in a safe car again.

I got to meet Richard and another one of the guys when I took my daughter to pickup her car, and they were both super awesome. The guys didn’t treat us differently or talk down to us because we are women, which is rare in the auto repair industry. You can tell Richard is honest, a straight shooter, and he’s not interested in upselling or robbing people. But they also do great work there! A rarity. I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles in to Spraymaster, even for a more complex job. This is a true local mom and pop business and anyone looking for an auto body repair and/or paint job should not hesitate to go here. 10/10 recommend.”

“If I could I'd give the Premiere Collision Center a 10. Last week the manager Mr.Carrasco did the estimate to install a new trunk lid hinge. He knows the work and does not waste time! I got a new OEM trunk hinge and drove in today. Mr.Perez the owner was outside just getting done with another customer. I showed him the hinge and he said they could install it right away. After what seemed like less than an hour in the well-furnished waiting area the job was done! The work including painting the hinge was perfect. Note that replacing a trunk lid hinge is a lot more complicated than replacing a cabinet hinge. These guys don't waste time, they do great work, they are honest, and the price was reasonable. I hope to avoid further auto body issues, but if not at least I'll know where to go.”
