These people took over the HOA I'm in, and they keep sending the same letter even after I've done what was asked the first time. They seem to be much more invasive than the previous HOA management. There was even a gentleman claiming to be from the HOA who had stopped and attempted to take pictures of my backyard one day when I had the side gate open doing some work in the back. Anytime I try to make a phone call the lady that answers will hang up when I mention I would like to speak to the person listed as the HOA manager. I'm certainly not satisfied with trying to be ripped off by my HOA.

I rented a house through Bidegain Realty and I must say I would rent again from him. During the heights of COVID 19 he was kind enough to ask if I needed more time in paying my rent. Fortunately I did not, but he put my mind at ease by addressing the situation.

I rented from Dale for 5 years, never had any problems, and received my full deposit upon moving out! Take those bad reviews with a grain of salt, two sides to every story. I recommend renting from Bidegain Realty!

Fraud specialists! We won our law suite over deposits but had to threaten wage garnishment before they would pay. We've had identity theft linked to the address we rented from Bidegain Reality dozens of times now. Don't take your chance with your money or credit!

Sandy T. was extremely kind and helpful throughout our entire stay at the rental house. But, we are still waiting for our security deposit to be refunded...as was the agreement.

I'm writing this review as a property owner. The reason I need to clarify is I saw so many negative reviews from renters. I'm not one of them.Hilda has been my agent taking care my rental property for 10+years.She helped me taking care all issues renters encountered.From small appliance repair to major A/C and roof repairs.Most of my renters are responsible. They did their job when they move out.And they got their deposit back. At least that's my understanding according to my monthly reports. So I think the renters who posted a bad review just think they didn't get their money back must have missed something. I wonder if they really did what they should do when they move out? To resume the house to its original state when they move in. Yes, you can have your point of view as a renter. But for me - an owner. I would like to see my property gets well taken care of. For that point, I'd say Hilda did great job for 10+ years managing my property. That's what property management should do, right?So in 2021, when I decided to sell my property. I asked Hilda to represent me as selling agent. I truly feel she deserves that 3% commission. She helped me get a good price. Much better than I anticipated.I also want to give her book keeper-Rhonda a shout out. She sent me monthly and annual reports that list all expenses and cash flows which is great help on my annual tax return.After my property is sold. I have no other properties in Tucson. But I highly recommend Hilda to anyone who needs a reliable property management agent.

Dale managed our property for over 10 years. First few years were ok but especially in the last couple years we have noticed things getting worse. We are out of state owners. Poor communication. Outdated marketing methodologies. And worst of all negligent property management. Under his oversight we now have a significant rodent problem that went unchecked and has caused issues with the patio and foundation, we are replacing coolers after only 6 years where the pads were not regularly changed, and all units have deferred maintenance that we were never made aware of. We recently changed property managers and are trying to pick up the pieces of our property under his management. Do not recommend.

We rented with them for 3 years, and had little to complain about, but once the lease was up, it turned into a complete NIGHTMARE.These scam artists will look for any reason to keep as much of your deposit as possible, not give clear answers, and avoid answering your messages. They are the definition of slumlords and they only look out for themselves.They kept trying to claim that a lot of our appliances, fixtures, etc, were "brand new" when we moved in, but it had been 3 YEARS since then!! They aren't brand new anymore! "Normal wear and tear" doesn't seem to be in their vocabulary.They also claimed it would cost around $400 at most to remove weeds in the front and backyards (to which we reluctantly agreed to pay for despite years of complaining about how unmanageable the yards are), and they ended up charging us $700 with NO clear explanation!!!Lastly, we made a dent in the shed outside, and we patched it up really well and repainted the exterior, only to then STILL be charged $100 to "fix" it. Guess what? I happened to drive by shortly after that, and I saw a new, EVEN BIGGER hole was put back in the shed.They are LIARS and SCAM ARTISTS. Do yourself a huge favor and NEVER give them your business.
