Went to purchase a washer could not get any help it was not busy at all middle of the day on a week day. Asked someone to help said it was not there department would have someone come right over waited and waited no one came. Lots of people just standing around. Not one person came to help more employees than customers in store. Very dissatisfied store was almost empty. No reason we could not get help. So left.

I've spent my last dollar at BB! Ridiculous Jan. 13 cut off for Christmas returns and exchanges even if you're a Best Buy Total member (60 day returns). If the person that purchased the gift isn't a member then you're SOL. My family has spent thousands of dollars (over 5k this year) and they wouldn't even consider an exchange for a phone charger that won't work with my phone. I was going to exchange it for one at a HIGHER price, giving them even more money! But nope. It's "sToRE poLiCY". They've lost a high spending customer over a $40 charger. Just dumb. THIS is why people shop at Amazon and brick and mortars are going the way of the dodo!

Chat associate to pushy. Had some items ready to purchase but she wouldn’t take me saying I’ll order it myself seriously. I purchased nothing and will be taking my business to Audio Express! I’m a member and have made plenty of purchases. I’ll do my best not to now.

Was in store for 15 minutes looking for kindle readers. Two employees told me two different places, one not there, other only echo smart home devices not kindle readers. Other employees in with computers all busy with major purchase customers.Amazon cheaper anyway, so I guess this store's poor customer service and employee knowledge were for the best! At least for me. I'd skip this location entirely.

I was in the store for 20 minutes looking for ereaders. Two different employees ( one at front appears to be more store security, white hair and moustache) told me two places, neither was correct. Waited in computers for two employees all helping those likely looking For larger purchases than I. No one else found in the store. Called, 15 minute hold that went to call center and they said I needed to be directed in the store. I give up! Amazon or target cannot be any worse than this wetmore tucson location.

This place will go out of business pretty soon, I was looking for stereo speakers and 2 double din head unit's. I was passed by multiple employee's on all the areas of the store not even a hi. I'm almost at the exit and LP says he's leaving now. I then tell LP that customer service is horrendous and lacking at this location, he then proceeded to ask me if I needed help very sarcasticly, I chuckled and said nope. So Best Buy will assume I'm a thief and not a customer. Best Buy, invest in customer service training. You really need it. I'm going local now. SoundFX, will now get my hard earned money.

Tried to purchase a open box TV, which they had 2 of, right next to each other, same brand, packaging was torn, you could clearly see it wasn't a new TV, guy in front of me bought the EXACT damn TV, yet because it didn't have open box sticker they tried to tell me it was a new TV, yet you could clearly see it wasn't. They had new TVs in the box which were all pristine and unblemished, you could tell they were new. Not the one we wanted to buy. The GM Chad argued with us that it was a new Tv, but you could tell it wasn't. He then talked down to us like we were stupid and didn't know better. I worked asset protection for years in various stores and I know the difference when it comes to packaging. My wife was diagnosed with cancer 3 weeks so and all she wanted was to get a new TV to catch up on her shows and Chad ruined it for everyone. When we asked for his district manager # he referred to the best buy customer number and they do not have a complaint department.

Just left this store. Was ready to purchase a TV. 3 employees at the front door, not 1 said hi.Not alot of customers , could not find 1 friendly employee to help us. Walked out. What a waste of my time. The 1 star is for me to leave this review and hope you retrain those employees to actually do their jobs right. 2hs later, I went to WALMART walked in, got a greeting immediately, bought a 75 inch flat-screen TV for $613.00 all taxes included, and immediate help by 2 employees carried it out to my truck for me in less than 45 minutes!!!!The 10 stars goes to WALMART.

Store was run down, empty shelves. I went for DVD/CD cases and they don't sell them. Was told to go next door to Walmart. Weird that an electronics store doesn't carry DVD/CD cases.

It's unfortunately a hit or miss for me to find what I need at Best Buy on a fairly regular basis. The folks are helpful, though. I went in for another Zagg protective glass replacement under warranty and they didn't have it in stock.It seems that I'm doomed to wander the desert roads in search of one. Or, I can just buy another brand from Quik Fix Phone Repair where I get my phones repaired. I think that I just will.

I purchased a gaming PC and monitor on Best Buy's website September 10, 2023 and picked it up the following day at Wetmore location. First of all, they had no carts to put the heavy items in to bring to my vehicle because they claim they were all stolen . I also purchased a digital download of MS Flight Simulator which would NOT download onto the gaming computer I had just spent $1400 on. So, I called their customer support which I'm assuming they outsourced to the Philippines because I couldn't understand them and they all read from a script. I told them the digital download wouldn't work. They wanted me to take screenshots and send them to an email and wait up to 48 hours for a response. Ummm....not a chance. They refused to refund the money for digital download that wouldn't work. So, I packed up my new computer and monitor and drove back to Best Buy Wetmore Rd location in Tucson to return the almost $1600 purchase. As I'm waiting in line, the Best Buy rep at the customer service desk finished waiting on a customer and then I approached just to have he/she (couldn't tell if it was a man or woman) walk away from the counter and remove their phone and do a little dance move and then returned a couple minutes later to ask me if anything was wrong with system. I said your customer service is horrible so I'm returning everything. They scanned my items and plugged them in to see if they worked then printed a receipt that they placed on the counter and walked away. I asked if I was all set and they didn't say a word. My advice to anyone looking to purchase anything electronic is to just use Amazon instead. I can't believe Best Buy is still in existence
