Don’t do curbside pick up. I want to say I was waiting for about 10 min waiting. At that point I decided to go inside and there were 3 people at the counter for pick up and they didn’t even realize they had a curbside. Yes they apologized but that honestly isn’t good enough. I’m sorry but they need to pay attention to all the details and realize if there is someone at curb side pick up. Highly don’t recommend unless you are walking in don’t do online. I guess we will find out in a few weeks if it improves when I pick up my next thing I ordered.

We ended up leaving without purchasing anything. I needed to use the restroom. An employee told me he couldn't unlock the restroom with the code. He was to send someone else but they never came. We were shopping for a new television, won't be buying it at Best Buy

This is about Gerk Squad. We like the guys here, they are friendly and helpful. We do not necessarily like being tied to Best Buy and having a contract that attaches the two.

The experience was great. I knew what I wanted but didn't know where they kept the SD cards. A simple question to the sales person and he took me there. Will definitely go again if I need any type of electronics.

I asked for help because I was looking for a camera. Waited around for about 15 minutes, with multiple employees passing by before just walking out. Don’t expect any sense of urgency from the employees. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
