I went to Best Buy to obtain some parts to upgrade my computer. When I entered the store, I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. I thought that was a nice touch.
The store was clean and the atmosphere seemed conducive towards making my purchases a pleasant experience. The displays of merchandise were excellent. I could tell that the store employees take pride in what they do. Everything I looked at was well displayed and neatly lined up or displayed from hooked items.
I had a little bit of a wait to obtain the things that I had come there for, because they were locked in a display case. However, I was met with an apology and a nice smile. The employee was very knowledgeable about the product, and helped me make the right choice for what I wanted.
After obtaining my merchandise, I was checked out quickly and was even offered a discount because of my membership in Best Buy's online app program.
Overall, I enjoyed my shopping experience at the Best Buy at 6025 E Broadway Blvd, in Tucson, Arizona. Keep up the good work! I appreciate your employees and the great condition of the store.

Don't come to this store. This Best Buy has been refusing the refund my money AFTER taking my item. The supervisor Tyler Petit took my item, gave me a signed piece of paper stating it given to him since the system was down, and then never returned it.
It's been months and they still refuse to help. Don't come to this store.

The supervisor Tyler Petit took my laptop from me, signed a paper saying it was being returned, and then never returned the laptop. It has been 3 months and Best Buy still refuses to refund me, even though I have a signature from him.
They claim that it was never returned. So Tyler Petit did not return the item, and I still don't have any resolution 3 months later.

Worse service yet, I went in to buy a laptop for school, I couldn't get any help to save my life and when I did ask a question I was looked at like I was bothering them.and check out was even worse and NOW on top of that I ended up with a computer that I don't know how to use and I'm not sure it was a good buy for me. I'm not sure why I was treated the way I was maybe I didn't look the part but I'm extremely upset on how that experience went and with a 200$ buy I'm stuck struggling on how to use this laptop and it's affecting school. So thank you Best Buy

My partner & I just visited this store May 23, 1024. We purchased at 75” tv. Everything was smooth until we loaded up. Upon employees loading tv onto my truck. I then went to grab ratchet straps from inside my vehicle. The TV tipped over on its side and the two employees proceeded to walk in side the store. They did NOT help me out tv upright & or tie down, keep in mind I have a bad back. So a passerby ended up helping us get TV correct way & tie down. Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I then called customer service to complain, and speak to a manager. They informed me, “You will received a call back by end of business day.” We never received a call back.

Love Best Buy. I do all my electronics shopping here. Great customer service and nothing but quality products. 5.21.23 update: had to bring in a faulty ice machine under manufacturing warranty and was assisted by Tamara. She was unable to order me the same machine as it was no longer available and wanted me to pay the difference on the newer model which I found frustrating. I asked for a supervisor, which she requested happily. Tamara and Chaz (the supervisor) helped talk me through how the process works and why it works the way it does. I walked away with the newer model and a smile. They were both phenomenal in their jobs. Tamara, thank you for the wonderful experience at bestbuy customer service.

The hamburger patty was raw. But the lemonade and fries were great. Best lemonade in town. I didn't complain because my daughter was with me. And she doesn't like to come IN and OUT. The reason is the raw burger. But this time around it was the perfect burger for her.

Was able to get what I needed. Employee was very helpful even more than other best buy stores. left satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend this store and would also retun eventhough have closer store.
