I purchased 3 mattresses 1 queen 1 twin and 1 full - we scheduled pick up for the following Monday we get to the location and they sold the full mattress we bought and literally said it out loud they don’t know what mattress to give us so we wait for 45 min for them to figure it and the lady tell us well we have another for you and they do not apologize we take the bed now im getting ready to set up my daughter room I just took the plastic off and what do I see stains on the bottom of it this is just bad service I call and they tell me they can not fix it at all she said to call back at 2pm so I will update after it

Purchased a box spring and told them the wrong size. They happily replaced it for me with no hassle. Absolute professionals and very nice. Highly recommend.
