Julia was fabulous! I have never been so pleased with an eyebrow tinting service before. I have extremely fair brows and she made them look great, not too dark and matched my hair perfectly ?

star rating based on my trip today to Harrison/Old Spanish Trail Store................... I have been going to this Ulta like every Christmas since this store was there. I was always greeted by a friendly female employee 2 seconds inside the front doors. (a 15 mile one-way trip for me.) Keeping a customer doesnt seem to even mean a thing in this day and age we live in. Honestly I feel like im treated based on the judgement of my looks so it seems no matter what the store by whomever might be managing the store or the employees on that certain shift. I swear! But I figure "if they dont care about my business, then i don't care about giving THEM any business", so I slowly walked out and won't be back. No one even paid any attention lol and there were at least 6 or so female employees as usual just chatting/laughing with each other, staring at their cell phones and ignoring potential sales...ME! I don't know a thing about parfumes, etc (retired elder male) so I've always relied on my friendly Ulta employee to point me to the latest scents my wife would want. I usually drop between $80 to $120 on a bottle of the super good stuff. So I'm still asking myself about my wasted trip to this store today..."What in the world has happened in this judgemental society to where the customer doesnt even matter anymore?"

First time I’ve ever had my brows done, so I was a little nervous. Julia was amazing, and she knew exactly how to give me what I wanted. I now have a natural look that complements my face.

I have tried a few other places for brows, but by far Julie is my favorite. She puts the effort into her work and makes sure you walk out of their feeling beautiful. I have thicker brows and she takes the time to make sure they are shaped to my liking. She has such a kind soul and I feel as if we can talk about anything. Having her as my eyebrow person is honestly the best. Would recommend her to everyone!

Julia is the only one I let touch my brows! They can be an overgrown hot mess and she makes them look fabulous. She has taught me how to use products to keep them looking great at home, but does not ever pressure me to buy additional stuff.

I have had better experiences here previously but sadly, lately, I am very unimpressed. I went there to find a new makeup not sure which brand would work best for me now, after spending sometime looking at, trying samples of different brands, looking around for help (at a not too busy time) an employee finally asked if I needed help, I happened to be looking at Benefit products at the moment, she stated, "the Benefit lady is off today", turned and walked away from me. There was no offer to help with another brand, no offer to find someone else to help. Other staff were engaged in conversations with each other. I noticed other customers in need of assistance and not getting any. I really dread the thought of going back in this store to feel worthless and just leave empty handed.

After spending 300$ on highlights and not receiving what i paid for the stylist could've at least apologized. Yet, she excused it and stated she did what I asked for. I showed her a picture and she completely darkened my highlights and after telling her it's too dark she still excused/justified her work. I hate to leave negative reviews but this was unacceptable and just really sucked to spend the money, not get what you paid for, and still not be treated with some respect in the end.

One star is too many! Despicable customer service. Manager hides in the back, coming out only when she has to get up, walk around hooked up to her headset as if on a critical communication. Avoids ANY & ALL customers like the plague. This company MUST tell their salon employees to put the wrench on the customer to make them feel RUSHED & hurried + BAD. The girl at the salon print-out register NEVER smiles & is very unhelpful. The customer DOES NOT MATTER HERE. My 2nd time at the salon a different stylist disappeared to do her 'eyebrows', made me wait, then returned around 5-10 minutes later. Sad. My stylist messed up my hair with a gouge-chop out of the middle top! I got home with great disappointment & called to ask if they did 'adjustments' their answer was 'yes'. When I got there @ the appt time they set up, they said they were swamped. A week later I returned @ their preferred time & this stylist endlessly complained to me that she didn't have much time & was 'slammed'. Are you gonna fix your error? NO. NOT ONE customer was there or waiting for a stylist ! PLUS, not one other stylist was working!! Do they REALLY think people are that DUMB? Employees just about cringe when they have to talk to a customer. NO eye contact NO smiling NO customer service did I mention ... NO smiling? ever. This place brands their reward as "Ultamate" ... hmm Wow, really? Awful reward program. THREE very costly & messed up haircuts ONLY to be 'gifted' & rewarded THREE DOLLARS !! yeah, that's right $3.00 just hideous

Julia is the absolute best! She is an expert in her field and takes pride in her work and it shows. Brow wax and tint is always amazing. I’ve also had lamination done by her and would highly recommend all 3 services! 5 stars all around! ⭐️Services: Eyebrow beautification
