They are in too much of a hurry and do not care about your belongings. Had several items scratched, dented, scuffed, and broken. They will not pay for repair or replacement. They will only pay you so much per pound for the damaged item. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

I wish I could give them zero star or minus so I can balance out their over-rated reviews. Bellhop is absolutely the worst moving company I've dealt with. This move was by far the easiest move I've ever made (local, only 10 min driving distance) and yet it did not go well because of this company. There are so many things that I am not happy with but I will just write 3 main things. #1. Movers did not use the furniture wrap for our fabric sectional although we asked them to do so for all our furniture. We did not catch it early and only found out when it was unloaded to our new house. Of course, it became very dirty, covered with dirts from who knows where. #2. Mattress. Because we really wanted to make sure our mattress kept clean so we purchased our own mattress cover and asked them to use it. To my surprise, 3 professional movers could not find the handle of the mattress (made for easier carrying), struggled to keep it lifted, dragged it on the ground, and let it slipped out of the cover. Now it gets really dirty. The photo I upload here was taken AFTER we scrubbed hard and cleaned as much as we could .... which only changed the dirty dots from black to gray. Both the Mattress and the sectional requires professional cleaning which would cost us about $100~200. #3. My vanity got cracked and dirty. The damages are very visible and so I'd need to buy one. And what they did wrong not just only costs our money but also sucks up our energy, causes frustration, and inconvenience. The workers said that the customer service will take care of it first thing in the next morning so we covered our dirty mattress with a cheap cover and slept on it, thinking it will get cleaned next day. Well, what they mean by “take care of” was the customer service calling us and giving a link to claim issues online! We did that, waited for 2 days but heard no response. Five days after the move-in, they finally sent us a settlement email and say that they will pay us $115… that’s not enough even for the cleaning service— not to mention the inconvenience we had to experience as we haven’t been able to comfortably sit on our sectional or bed for days in this new house. We contacted them again and they said the person in charge will call us back so it’s another waiting game. We would not have to go this ordeal if only they knew what they were doing. I strongly suggest you stay away from this company if you want to have an easy move-in without all these hassles.Service: Local moving

I can't believe the good reviews and I such a bad experience. I called them because of the good reviews. I first asked if they were local and they said they had a local office. When I gave the phone operator the address, she couldn't understand what the street name was. She didn't understand Los before the beginning of the name. I had to explain it was Spanish. I spelled LOS 3 times. Then I asked where she was and she was in Charlottesville, not Tucson. She then said she had to talk to her supervisor, put me on hold, and 5 mins later hung up on me. I didn't call her back and she didn't call me even though she had my info. Crazy, but I went with someone else.

Worked for them briefly; absolutely dishonest and they don’t care about the workers; just the bottom dollar and making sure they are not on the hook for medical liabilities. Do not use them; they hire out college kids at min. Wage and training is done via videos, so no one really knows what they are doing. Support local moving companies instead- they’re just a nationwide service attempting to capitalize on the fact it’s really hard to find excellent movers that are Licensed and insured.

Based on my experience with Bellhops moving, I’d definitely recommend their services. My movers, Kenan R., Brandon J., and Dontai L. were professional, friendly and did an excellent job.

Brandon, Christian, John and both truck drivers were fantastic! On time, professional and friendly. They worked fast but all our items were handled with care. I also really appreciate they time the took taking apart and putting a crib back together. They were easy to work with and this is a company I will use in the future. I recommend this company 100%!! Thank you again for all your help!

From top to bottom, this was the best experience I’ve had with a moving company. I’m from Texas and have used movers a half dozen times; 5 minutes into the move, I could immediately tell these guys were miles ahead of services I’ve used.A portion of the crew showed up 10 min early to get things started. No chit chat, no procrastination, they got right to work and began loading boxes and furniture. They were very cautious with everything by wrapping and securing anything that could’ve potentially damaged during the move. They had all of their supplies and tools ready and even allowed us to use some if their supplies (many movers don’t).When we got to the destination, Access to the apartment was slightly cumbersome, but they were insightful and strategic enough to unload efficiently. They unloaded everything and even placed the boxes in the rooms we requested. The two most impressive things were the team’s speed and cautiousness. We moved a two bedroom apartment ten miles in 2 hours 15 minutes; in Texas, none of my ONE bedroom moves were less than 2 hours 45 minutes.I would highly recommend using these guys, specifically the crew we had. Matt, Dontai, Christian, Sergio & Brandon were all great. They worked really well together as a team.

Hands down, a great service. My crew in NC (Darrin D., Cora M., Kaeson M., and Alec S.) and AZ (Matt L., Brandon J., and Claudio H.) were amazing. They worked hard, took time to make sure my belongings were cared for, and were very polite. John A., Dontai L., and Christian P. were outstanding for our final move into our new home in Tucson. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and took great care with everything.
