Belle Starr Salon is about community. It was started in 2015 with the idea that a hair salon can provide so much more to it's city than just hair services. It has been and continues to be our goal to bring people together, to share kindness and friendship, to promote each others successes while striving to be as eco conscious as possible. We are constantly evolving, and always involving our local community!
