I came in today and there were 4 employees huddled around the front teller. I politely asked if they could cash a Christmas check I received from my mother. The teller would not cash it. I overheard the teller asking the guy sitting on the table behind him what to do. The guy sitting on the table said it was the tellers decision to cash the check. The teller turned back around, stared at his computer screen for about 10 seconds and then told me he could not cash my check. What an unprofessional and embarrassing way to openly discriminate against your own members! I went to Wells Fargo Bank across the parking lot and cashed my check easily with teller politeness. I have been to 4 separate PNC banks in Tucson and each time the employees were unkind and uncaring. I would not recommend wasting time or energy here~

Used to be 4 stars as BBVA, the people are very nice but the switch to PNC is terrible. Now it's a bank that puts policies in place to take advantage/tax people that don't have a ton of cash on hand. Also the mobile banking app/features is definitely a downgrade from BBVA.
