Ms. Cintia provides terrible service and is not professional at all. She behaves rudely compared to the other employees who do their job wonderfully.

Used to be 4 stars as BBVA, the people are very nice but the switch to PNC is terrible. Now it's a bank that puts policies in place to take advantage/tax people that don't have a ton of cash on hand. Also the mobile banking app/features is definitely a downgrade from BBVA.
