Horrible bank. While the staff was patient and pleasant, they are hindered by the archaic policies and software. This isn’t sour grapes. Just look at the other reviews. Problems from day one.

Love the Maps App. Always have love Compass, now BBVA, Let's see what this new ones going to hold. (Don't always like changes) ??

It was bad before and has gotten so much worse. Less supported ATMs means more fees, worse customer service and always exceptionally slow at the branch as always. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank. I know I will be.
