My experience over the years with this store is often the sales prices listed in front of the item on the shelf is not what the item rings up for. Today, I was buying two ice creams with close-out sales prices listed and verified I was getting the item listed on the tag. Again, the items rang up at regular cost (savings would have been $8.00) so I asked for assistance. The employee immediately was insistent they weren't on sale, looked in the flyer and didn't see the items and "left to check" and came back and told me they were not on sale. She was extremely rude with me and another customer needing assistance, literally stomping around and huffing that she was the only one there to help. I will be choosing another store next time.

Had to do laundry while we were without power during Houston's severe storm. Wash $6 and dry $1 for 7 minutes. Expensive but necessary, and they were open and had power.

This is a very well managed store with amazing staff. I came in after a frustrating experience with another grocery store to arrange for 75th birthday party balloons and flowers. Lynn in the floral department was incredible! In less than 15 minutes she designed two balloon bouquets and flowers. She had the expert advice I was seeking! She even put special touches in the flower arrangement like dyed blue baby’s breath type filler to match our colors, gorgeous white roses and other greenery. Picking everything up the next day was very fast too!

It's nice and not crowded. Great shopping carts. Meal kits in meat dept are great. Prices are higher than where I shop.

I love my local Bashas' on Swan Road in Tucson. Personnel are always friendly and helpful. The sales are the best in town (especially since they put boneless/skinless chicken THIGHs on sale as well as breasts). And this store puts chicken out that is able to be cooked same day. The Sunrise store's chicken value packs are usually frozen. This is also the case at the NW Tucson location. That store's personnel are rude, unhelpful, and do not want any feedback about products or services. Perhaps the Swan Road managers could do some training up there!

Barbra and Madeline are employees who work there and give the store a bad name. Go to frys and save your self the trouble . No ownership from either person, concealing their names. Worst experience at any store this happened today at 1:15pm Saturday March 9th.

I always try to AVOID the Starbucks in this store and I drive clear down to the New Starbucks near the freeway entrance just to get a good tasting Iced coffee but today I was short on time. I should have just spent the money on gas because the Barista there was just plain out RUDE!!! Starbucks is a treat for me since they are so expensive. The Barista was training another girl there and she was just annoyed and unhappy to a point where she was just RUDE!!! I know alot of people who stop there due to convenience but they are better off closing that bashas location and building a new one so bashas employees don't run it. I had told the lady my coffee is too strong and tasted BURNT (as usual there) and for her to give me extra creamer to fix it, she then said she wanted to charge me! I should have just gotten my money back and took the drive to the other location.I wanted to complain to a manager but EVERYONE is ALWAYS so unhappy at that store!!! So BEWARE of nasty burnt tasting coffee at this location!!!
