Went in to get some ham salad. They said they wouldn't have any until tomorrow. Continued shopping but smelled the most horrendous odor. Thought it was something in the store. Got home, unpacked my things and opened the package of chicken I had just bought. That was the problem. It was spoiled and smelled horrible.

Came in sat morning there was a long line she kept her cool being it was only her 2nd day working and they scheduled her by herself. How insane you schedule someone alone on their 2nd day working. But anyhow Antoinette was amazing.

I hadn't been in this store for a long time. I live on the other side of town . Picked up a few things that I needed, including a coconut cream pie. What's it was delicious. The cash register lady was very friendly and helped me cuz I forgot my card.

Today shoppped at Basha checked my receipt before leaving store as usual ? something was wrong I purchased item that evidently was in in wrong place and assumed it was right price on shelf so I did not noIt wasn't that sale price saw this on my receipt as I walked away checking my items saw the error so spoke to the female supervisor showed her receipt explain what happened No questions asked she could not have been nicer and refunded me the money I've shopped N Swan Store since they opened I never had any problems staff is great, friendly and helpful quality of produce department generally very good and use of digital coupons and member savings items great I give them a thumbs up cashiers friendly and at times you can find produce mark downs at a bargain and no bruised yuk produce either are in those reduced shelf's
and mark down on bakery items too I'm glad they are so close to my residence it's handy Good Job as this young manager is Great didn't catch her name but short, dark hair and has two kiddos I was purchasing a item for one of my College Granddaughters and told her she put me in mind of her .Store clean and Butcher checks on his supplies often as does proiduce young man as the keep restocking
