The experience you would expect from the classic book store. Great selection of music, the coffee shop is great, and the custome service was very good. Highly recommend, a bookstore still beats on line for the curiosity purchases. Corporate needs to buy the store new external signage though. It is really faded.

Reserved my book online, as we were heading to the airport. Pick up was fast and easy.
