It’s a bit complex. But, out of the blue I received a call from someone saying they were from pacific premier and wanted to know what I was going to do with a loan that had one payment left. I was really confused by the call. I asked for information on money market accounts. I asked her to email that to me. She asked to confirm my email address and the one she gave I shut down 5 months ago. I asked her to use my standard email ( all my bank statements are sent to this email) she informed me that she didn’t have that one and would not be able to change my email on file without me being present.Sounds goofy to me. Anyway, yesterday apparently the loan final payment could not be made the way all the other payments were made ( auto withdrawal from my business account), therefore I was asked how I would handle that.She became demanding about when I would make the payment. I contacted the branch I do business with and seemed to get a sympathetic response. Boy was I wrong!When I went in to make the payment I was treated rudely and I asked why no one had reached out to me because I was ready to take my money to a competitor. The manager at that branch said “ have a nice rest of your day “WOW!!! Customer service is not available at Pacific Premier Bank

Walked in to get change for $60.00 in different denominations was asked where I was from. After I responded he asked if I had an account and I said no he mentioned just this time he could do it but normally they don't.. Account holder or not I am confused of why a bank couldn't do this. I walked over to nearby bank and was helped no issue. Poor customer service and not the best way to attract new clients.

Being a proud customer of this bank for years, I am happy to say that they treat every person like no other bank! Respectful personal, convenient hours, great service, no hidden fees. Ladies from Pacific Premier on Oracle even call every customer who has NSF account the same day not to charge an unnecessary fee! Where else would you get a service like this!I love it!

I walked in attempting to get change for bus fare. I handed teller a $20 and was asked if I had an account there. Uh, no, said I and I was refused service. Is this how banks attract new customers? I walked over to AZone credit union and got change without incident. I plan to transfer a large sum of money from my CU in PA and it will transfer to AZone where a future customer is welcomed.

The staff at this bank make the bank. I love love love them! They are like a second family to me. Seeing them almost every Friday makes my day and I leave feeling good (the fresh popcorn helps too Albert!!!) They are genuine, caring and always ready to help in anyway they can. They certainly go beyond the "extra mile". Anybody we know that is looking for a bank gets referred to this bank, "our bank". However, I will keep the popcorn a secret so they don't run out!!!

Branch put a hold on my card for what they thought was fraud activity but wasnt. But it was done on a friday afternoon right before the closed for the weekend until monday at 9am. No phone call to verify anything, no email, and calling "client services" did nothing.
