Bank of America used to provide good consumer service, but hay changed several years ago. They no longer provide good service. I have stayed with them for almost 50 years despite their dwindling service. Looking for a change.

Opening an account went smoothly. A very clean bank. Appointment is required for anything other than going with a teller on the counter.

The people inside were not helpful even remotely. The manager behind the desk was smug and disrespectful and I left far angrier than I arrived. I would give no stars if that was an option. I have been an account holder for over a decade and the service I received at this location seriously makes me consider moving my account to an institution that can even pretend to care about their customers. I received notifications on my Bank of America app alerting me to fraudulent purchases made on my card. My card was canceled and a new one sent out to arrive in 5-7 business days, a message on the app told me to visit a bank if I needed a card before then. I do. I need regular consistent access to my funds and I am not in an area that has largely adopted digital cards, nor am I close to a bank. When I arrived the aforementioned smug manager told me they were no longer offering temp cards in an attempt to go green... as she was standing in a room covered in paper and plastic. I voiced my anger and concern for some time without anyone having any real concern for me as a customer or a human. No one offered any kind of help and reiterated my card would not be in for over a week, but I could come in and ask their permission any time I need access to my own funds. I called the Bank of America number in my app for a very helpful representative to assure me he could expedite my card since I was the victim of credit card fraud and it would be unreasonable to ask me to go without reliable access to my funds. I am disgusted that no one in the bank took even the smallest amount of time to help me. They blew me off, they are not nice people.

My husband and I went in the location to open a joint account. We have tried another location and did not get prompt service. We decided to try this location and we are so glad we did. Tyler the Merrill Lynch and Bank of America representative really took time to make sure we had everything we needed to open the joint account. My husband and I both have individual accounts, so Tyler made that process seamless. Please express our thanks to the branch manager & the entire staff. they were very helpful.

Okay if you want the atm. But if you have to go inside be ready for a long wait! I have only seen one maybe two tellers max working at a time, so if you are in a hurry and you see vehicles in the lot...don't go in! I've been waiting for 10 minutes in line and I'm about to give up.

this branch is terrible. I went to withdraw money and this woman blonde grey hair in her 60s told me we couldn't withdraw more the 2500$ so now I am driving to the other location on Campbell to make a withdraw. Since when cant you withdraw more then 2500 from a bank. Joke. Makes me want to close my account all together and take all my money out of this bank

Leave it to the branch customer service... SMH. Just opened, knowing they would probably be busy, 7 people working, 10 customers in line and only 1 teller helping customers.... the rest of the branch standing around, one was heard having a persinal ohone conversation in the back. EVERY time I come to a branch, no matter the location, it makes me want to switch banks.
