Avis/Budget car rental was 20min from my location. Easy booking system online through Expedia with a pre-check option to expedite PU. Friendly female staff at PU and same at drop-off. Will reserve again from this location every year!

They rented a car to me with bald tires. I had to drive to the Phoenix airport from Casa Grande during a rain storm in order to switch the vehicle out. To add insult to injury, I was charged $36 because the car was returned with 3/4 of a tank of gas. I cannot believe that Avis would put customers lives in danger by neglecting to perform basic maintenance on its vehicles.

Avis really came through for me on renting a truck. Excellent staff. Raquell was knowledgeable, efficient, and the absolute best!!!! Great experience!! I would definitely rent again!

I got great service at the airport in Colorado over holiday weekend. No other locations were open. I was able to rent without major credit card from Avis. After Enterprise made my reservation and put a $400 hold on my debit card. Enterprise told me once I got to the airport they would need major credit card after all and suggested Avis. I was able to get a nice vehicle and told them I would return to Tucson Airport in 2 days.Halfway to Tucson my debit card was overdrawn thx to Enterprise keeping a $400 hold on my card for a transaction that was never completed. I was sruck in Flagstaff with no way to buy gas.Once I did make it back to Tucson. Avis informed me I was being charged an EXTRA $500 one way fee.Avis charged $883. to my card for a 2 day car rental.Tho I was never informed of the extra $500 fee in the beginning.I signed for $269 for 2 day car rental

We were going to rent a car here but the young woman that answered the phone was very rude. So we went to another location. The previous owner was really wonderful I am sorry that she isn't there any longer.

I had a really great experience at this location. I wasn't able to rent a car from the Tucson airport, so we called these people and they were very friendly and helpful. I called in advance and made a rental reservation, but upon arrival they didn't have that car. Instead they let me drive one of their newer cars for the price I had already paid. It was legit the nicest car I have ever driven. The woman working here was very sweet and understanding and her presence was appreciated after the mess that happened at the airport. Just wanted to say thank you to her for her excellent customer service and for making our day and road trip much better.

Raquel is one of the worst human beings I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. I rented a rental car almost a month in advance and everything was fine online. The day that I go to pick it up she won't run my identification correctly. She won't give me any reason why I can't rent the car. I have a perfectly clean driving record perfectly clean. and she turns us away. This trip was vitally important this This is for my heart wife's heart liver transplant and now we are going to miss everything. I hope you are happy you have ruined a once in a life opportunity for my wife. Raquel I will never forget what you did to us today. I will forever remember ypur blatant ignorance and inhumanity.

Raquel has NO commitment to customer service. I arrived to a locked door minutes after calling her and letting her know I was on my way. I would have appreciated her telling me that under no circumstance would she wait

Do NOT pay in advance ! It is non refundable. I booked car online and paid online (Pay Now) that I have never done for the many rentals I have done here. I received confirmation for my mid size car. I arrived at the business presented my confirmation and was told they were sold out. Being I had booked hotel rooms for myself and grandson based on that confirmation I asked if they had anything. Agent said they had a "Transit van " I asked if it was a half ton and he said yes. I saw a van in the parking lot when I arrived full size dodge van, so I agreed to take the van. I received a Chevrolet ten passenger one ton van now hoping it had a V-6. Got the van home five miles away found it had 15 mpg average returned it two hours after business hours. I put contract and key in lock box with a not date and time saying fuel economy would not work for me.I returned at 8 am to ask for a refund minus a day rate. The agent said she would be able to close it minus the day rate but due to the (pay now) I would have to call 800 number and so I did. The customer service call center was twenty minute hold and then I was informed I had the vehicle for 16 hours $462.00 non refundable due to PAY NOW.I went back in to the ina office and found now the contact had been closed out and I couldn't even use the van. The very nice young lady agent felt sorry for me and rented me a car for a discount rate. She said they would try to recover some of these funds through management although I was billed the full amount on my card.So pay in the office or risk loss, in the event they have no cars.My wife and I have rented cars here for twenty years and had great service when dealing with local staff and paying at the office.Update after writing this the social media department submitted my refund and was received, Thank you Avis !
