What a wonderful experience ! I was greeted and offered tea as soon as I walked in . I brought a friend for her birthday for complimentary facials & scalp/hair analysis .
Kinda creepy seeing your scalp so close up but I learned a lot ! It came with complimentary head and neck massages as well . I was eager to purchase a few of the items used and she gave me samples of everything else used for facial & hair . I asked a TON of questions and the gal helping me answered every single one ( even though they were busy I didn’t feel rushed at all ) . I will be a regular !
I’m excited to come to Aveda’s next yoga / mocktail event !

Review from the Mrs - stumbled across Aveda seeking disaster recovery help. Left a salon downstairs from this location completely mortified with what they did to my hair after 2 attempts. Was heading to another place when I saw a sign that said ‘Hair & Scalp Diagnostic’ so stopped in to see if they could help. This service is way out of their offerings but they were so willing to try and what a job they did!!! No clue of the products are good but customer service at this location is top shelf for sure!!

I always enjoy coming to this store when I am in town. The employees exemplify customer service. ? Maciel (Maci) and Luisana helped me on Mother's Day. I was also pleased to learn I can call the store to place my order directly through them and receive free shipping to my home. ? I love this so much better than ordering online. While I may miss out on the relaxing atmosphere, a hand massage and the Aveda Tea sample, I will save my computer eyestrain and get personal service without a drive. ? Thank you Aveda at la Encantada!

Wonderful mini facial by Corrin!She had very gentle hands and explained each product as she applied them. I was very surprised that she had only been there a couple of months!She’s very professional and knowledgeable. She also took care of the customers that came in while taking care of me with excellent customer service.I will definitely return!

Being a loyal Aveda customer since 1997 my visit here on 9/20/21 was vastly different. The young lady there was sort of helpful, kinda polite and hurried me along. I may not fit the Aveda profile but I go in fully intending to spend. Previous visits have been pleasant and enjoyable. Perhaps a different store is in order.

Great place to shop for the wife. Whenever go in and I don't know want to get. The ladies that work there, are always willing to show me what is best for my better half.
