Check engine light came on. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. Even to go as far as looking up where the part I need was located to let me know if it was an affordable fix. They're always so nice!!

Great customer service, I worked with Steve, the store manager who helped me find the exact engine oil and filter
I needed plus Steve notified me of the best deal which was the oil, filter and you would get a free engine air filter. Overall great experience!

So, interesting experience. My husband and I were stranded on the highway. My son on law picked up a battery for us thinking it was the battery even though we told him our battery was only 2 months old. When he arrived it was the wrong one, so I drove into town with him and got the right one. Autozone reumbursed the 1st. By the time we got back, the raod rangers had gotten the vehicle started, therefore, we didn't need the second battery either. Took the battery back and got a refund. Then come to notice they kept the core fee. Called my son in law; they kept his core fee too. 2 different people processed us; 2 different people kept the core fee. Thanks to Manaager Conner, he fixed it for us, but everyone else we spoke to said we didn't give them a core so they charged for it. Obviously, they don't understand, by returning their new battery, it's like we never purchased it, therefore, they can't charge a core fee. Long story short...BUYER BEWARE; check your receipts carefully when returning things to this store.
