I retired from autozone but got screwed over when I moved from Mesa to Tucson now I am homeless because autozone changed their mind once I moved and I lost both houses because autozone refused to give me a letter stating my overtime wouldn't be affected for 2 month before I retired

I have been to a LOT of AutoZone stores, and this location has been consistently great! They always have knowledgeable and helpful employees! I made the mistake of visiting a different location yesterday. Today, 1 young man at this location did what 2 people at the other couldn't.

Would like to thank auto zone on campbell and Irvington next to Mc Donald’s The store manger Estban saw that I needed help and he can to help get my vehicle off the road because my vehicle just died and I didn’t know what happened so the store manger Estban found out the problem why it died it was due to alternator was no good so Estban help me get the alternator and he also put it on for me all I can say is thank you thank u Estban manger at auto zone was awesome and thank u auto u need to hire more people like Estban agin thank

Autozone has the absolute worst customer service ever 10-15 min standing in line just to pay and that all AutoZones why is this ?? . I almost hate coming here to buy anything

I went this morning about 1030 am to get Engine Oil Drain Plug and a dude working at the register with a very stupid attitude trying to correct my English sent me to O'Reilly's to get the part when I saw that other AutoZones had it in stock, i didnt get his name but he had some asian tattoos on his neck. Very poor costumer service and I felt insulted by this idiot.

I came into this AutoZone location on 12/31/2023 for a check engine light to be read. The staff here were responsive and efficient. I was able to get the check engine light scanned and read for free. The recommend part from being scanned was in stock and came with a lifetime warranty. I was able to quickly and easily repair the needed part on my vehicle. Thanks team here for your swift help.

I highly recommend this location. I would love to recognize the manager. He was extremely helpful. I was lacking in some funds to rent a tool. He assist in lowering the price so I could get it. I was having one of those hard days and he was the answer to my prayers. Thank you for making my day! Thank you for all your help!!!!

Really bad services. 2709 Store number Steven the manager was playing with his associates in the back of the store when I waited 20 minutes to buy the oil for my car, when he came out I said that I have been waiting for so long while he was playing back there and we were 4 people on line already, he said well if you want go to another Store you can go you don’t have to buy here if you don’t want to he said. I left the oil and asked for his information to one of his associates, Corporate won’t do nothing about it. He also creates fake accounts to get good reviews, reviews where he gets 5 stars ?, how do I know this? Because his employees talk about it. Don’t go to that store! As far I know this store is losing 90k a year. How come the he still there as a manager? ???????
