The people here are very rude. Went in to get a part and one of the employees came to me and said that I had to move my vehicle because I was parked in their spot. There was no sign saying employee parking but yet they wouldn't help me til I moved my motorcycle. I was parked away from the building by the street but yet was still asked to move. I can't see why they would treat a customer like that when there was no indication of employee parking. I told them I'd just be a few minutes and they got hostile and said no one would help me unless I moved. Very bad customer service.

I was having issues with my car starting for a couple of days went to the AutoZone location, In Marana on Thornydale and tangerine The gentleman there told me my battery alternator and starter were fine and sent me on my way one day later I had to get jumped again and after many positive experiences at this location I decided to go and have them check it. Immediately, Jose told me my battery needed to be replaced and with efficiency and positive customer service he replaced it. Every location should be trained by these Employees, they are friendly, efficient, and get the job done!!!

Well they were short staffed but I really need my check engine light on the guy there ask me if you know how to use it I need your ID and we can check ur light, that was very awesome I have already went to three other places and they said it wasn't working or no one to go outside to check. This auto zone went over and beyond and I appreciated he understood my frustration

I recently had a great experience at this Autozone location. The level of service provided by manager Daniela was truly excellent, and she went above and beyond to ensure my needs were not only met but exceeded. What stood out the most was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by her.

Went into the 6th Ave location to get a battery inspection. I was told by the associate he could not help me because he was alone and his coworker was in a meeting. After yelling for his coworker, the coworker comes out and assists other customers. I asked if he “could check my battery now” and was again told he could not leave the store. I let him know that my car was not going to turn on as I was pretty sure it was a bad battery. He grabbed the charging box and jump started my car but again told me he could not check the battery. This was the poorest customer service I have experienced especially being noticeably disabled. If you offer a service to check your battery free of charge, then honor it.

I had my car service at Chapman VW, after paying 639$ for a turn-up, one the items they recommended was a headlight bulb, which would of cost me 60, more dollars. I decided to decline, because I knew if I would go down to auto zone and purchase the item it would be cheaper, and the employees would insulted it. [Adrian] was there to help. After checking it out, the light bulb was only loose, so [Adrian] tighten up. He save me money and as a senior citizen, on a very tight budget it was a blessings. Thank you Adrian.

I called s 6th location looking for radiator cap spoke to Jose a d to Mgr they were very helpful and ordered next day pick up
