I’ve had a few MBZ. These guys are sharp! Not only are they honest, fair & dependable…they saved me from a beautiful MBZ I bought at a dealer in Scottsdale, only to find out it had a bad cylinder. So now only Autohaus works on my car.

We luv these guys …… The prices are great and the Mechanics are honest. They treat every customer like family. I had an auto accident and Jeremy (Owner) let me bring my suv in the next day ,just to look it over. My husband and I are so thankful to have these guys as our mechanics. Exemplary. My experience with this shop has been great. Jeremy and Jon are both eager to genuinely listen to your concerns, consider your perspective, answer your questions, set expectations appropriately, and deliver. They are also not afraid of sharing real knowledge from their well seasoned perspectives with the customer. Both Jeremy and Jon are “real people” who are very clearly passionate about and enjoy the business they are in and it shows. I was there for a diagnosis of a pesky chirp, and left feeling like I had made some new friends who truly have my back with my first German vehicle.

Terrific service and attention to detail. These guys went above and beyond with my car. Even down to running laps around the building in the parking lot next to my car and listening just so I could replicate the noise it was making. Good prices, honest quotes and extremely qualified mechanics. If you need your vehicle worked on, dont hesitate to bring it there. 10 out of 10!

They have serviced our family's ferrari F430 spider and we may get a older Porsche Boxster soon as DD for sis in law ! We watched some of their techs working on Porsche and were Impressed ! Autohaus are AWESOME ! totally honest and the Ferrari tech Chris is a genius ! we like to do most of our own work DIY repairs as my bro Ned is a mechanic / tech and they work w/ us. we are treated as a colleague and customer! TBH working on and owning this car after a lifetime of working on others cars and M/C is like a busmans holiday! pure pleasure and we can do this as we can count on Chris 100% for honest fair and accurate diagnosis of any issues . they have the factory computer needed for diagnosis .and he is factory-trained! and meticulous ! The car has been amazingly reliable . we are blessed to have Autohaus in Tucson! anytime we meet a new Ferrari owner we refer them to Chris and he has always provided superlative service and advice . He is THE local Ferrari god !

This is an amazing company!!! I had my Mercedes CLA 250 serviced at Autohaus. MUCH cheaper than the dearlership. The customer service was great. Had the car back in less than 3 hours. If Autohaus services your brand of car, you need to use them for your car service needs. You paid a bunch for the car - get it serviced correctly at a fair price. I'd give them 10 starts if I could.

Being new to Tucson I asked my well trusted mechanic in Phoenix if he could recommend a garage. He pointed me to Autohaus Tucson. I’ve been bringing my BMW here since then. The facility is top notch, the mechanics are very skilled and will show you any issues they find. It’s not a “need to fix it now”, but a reasonable assessment of the issue and good recommendations on when it should be addressed. Strongly recommend.

I was referred here for my Mercedes. Horrible customer service! I wouldn't do business here under any circumstance. The manager Jon has zero customer service skills. I won't even explain what my 45-second interaction was after waiting 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. First impressions are everything!

I have been coming to this place once a year for maintenance, and I have a high level of trust in their services. In particular, John has consistently provided me with accurate advice and has a remarkable understanding of how to handle customers. I consider him to be an outstanding service provider.
