By far the most honest shop in town. Jeff is the best at diagnostics ! There is nothing he can't figure out . You have to remember you get what you pay for so don't complain about high prices. Be happy you got it done right and feel good about how you were treated ! Kim runs the front desk and she knows her stuff. I highly recommend this place if you can even get in.

Kim is the best, explains everything with no pressure. Great communication and no surprise charges. Easy to work with, been there twice in the last few months and will be there again in the future when my vehicle falls apart again.

Top-tier, 10-star mechanics. I recently brought in my aged, high mileage Tahoe SSV 4wd for a pre-road trip inspection. Clanking in the rear end, unstable front end, worn out shocks, etc. Nathan and Jeff rebuilt this Tahoe from it's rear end forward and didn't miss a thing. Special order, hard to find GM parts were no issue. Kim at the front desk (fun to chat with) called every day with updates. It drives like a brand new truck now, tight and snappy! An amazing transformation. Honest pricing, skilled and ethical mechanics, Roy Metcalf Automotive is a Tucson treasure! Thank you, guys.
