“Wow, these guys are the real deal! Not only did Dan's Toy Shop point out where another shop went wrong in fixing something, they also pointed out a couple other subtle things (felt during driving) that I also noticed but the Lexus dealership and another shop did not during a PPI. The difference in ride quality, after some repairs were done, was night and day (felt like a whole new car). I will be coming back!”
“Carl is the man. Went to see them because my girlfriend’s tires were horrendous. I already had a tire in mind that I like and Carl was quick to order it and set the appointment with no up-selling bull. Very good prices as well. Service was quick. Gave me a couple recommendations at the end that I had prior knowledge of (oil leak), and sent me on my way. I really like that they aren’t pushy, and I’d definitely trust sending my girlfriend here alone. You guys made a lifer out of me!”

The initial phone call to get a quote was handled professionally and I was able to get a quote right away! Every subsequent call was just as good, as were the tech who replaced my windshield and the one who recalibrated it after the install. I was given detailed instructions for the care of the windshield over the first few days to ensure it is not compromised. I called 8 different companies, not only were these guys the most professional and friendly - they were a few hundred cheaper than the others!

“I called to see about having them come out and replace my car battery, it needed to be jumped every time I used it the last few days. The man I spoke to on the phone was helpful and courteous, they sent someone out (I think his name was Alex but i’m not 100% sure on that). They said to expect him about an hour and 15 minutes, and I think he made it on the dot. He had the battery tested and replaced in less than 15 minutes. It was incredibly easy, much less expensive than a dealership, has a warranty and the people who helped me were professional, courteous and fast. I cannot give a more positive review, would do 10 stars if I could. Absolutely phenomenal service! Will recommend them to everyone I know and will definitely go back to them in the future.”
“Best mechanics is tucson I have one of those cars where it took a while to figure what was going on with her and she was there for months but I had faith in them. Just like I do with my car. I can't afford much because I'm the only one working and I have a mortgage to pay my husband is disabled but Chris has been my person through and through he knows I can't just go get new car he has worked with me through this all. They finally got her running normal. I thank all the guys thay had to put up with my car trying to figure out what's going on with her you guys all are a true blessing to me. I even tell my friends and family about them as well. And I'm telling you they are best in Tucson. So if anybody wants a true Mechanic take your car there because there the only place I trust and there prices are not bad. I will take my car there as long as I have her because I know the job will get done right. I can't express how happy I am with this place. I'm just happy my car is back home.
