Had our LG OLED tv repaired twice in the past few years, thankfully under warranty both times. LG contracts with these guys, so they arranged to in-home repairs. Both times the repair tech was very professional and completed the job as expected. Very happy with this shop, less so with LG!

I've had 2 separate TVs repaired by them over the years. They've done a good job at a reasonable cost!

I'm not even sure where to begin with this business. I called a couple of times to get information about my LG OLED TV which I've been having issues with. The first time I called, no one answered and went to voicemail so I left my name and phone number. I waited a few days didn't hear back so I called again and the same thing, no answer. This time I called LG directly and they said they would set up an appointment with them to have someone come over and check my TV. However no one ever showed up. Now when I checked the business again, the phone number is different. It's been changed to LG 800 customer service number instead of the local number. My TV is still under warranty and my fear is LG is waiting for my warranty to expire and then contact me to say the warranty is no longer valid and I must pay out of pocket. It's a shame LG makes a great TV but fails on customer service. They have promised several times to resolve my issue, but it's all talk and no action.

Very dissatisfied. I enlisted these folks to repair an AV receiver for me. They said for $60 they'll tell me what's wrong and how much it'd cost to fix it. Two weeks later, when I called them, I found out that it was going into "over current shut down", basically what I told them when I dropped it off. The guy on the phone says it'll be $400 to fix it. That he didn't know what was causing it to go into protection shut down and would have to put a lot of time into it. Oh...the 60 is non refundable. So buyer beware, these guys told me they'd tell me what's wrong for 60 bucks and didn't tell me anything. Then to cover their @$$ they price the repair ridiculously high. I'll not purchase another Denon, nor will I ever return to Audio Visual repair on Speedway.
