My husband and I recently moved and needed some new furniture. We came here. They might have had some good stuff, but their customer service spoke for itself. Without going into personal detail on a public platform, we are both disabled. The employees here acted like they'd never encountered anyone with a disability before. From the woman at the front counter, to the man walking through the store with us. The woman just seemed confused when we asked for assistance. The man just seemed uninterested in helping us shop and more interested in rushing us out of the store. We'd called ahead to ask if they carried the types of furniture we wanted to look at, and were told yes, they had a wide selection of the things we wanted. But when we got there, the gentleman told us they really don't carry the types of furniture we wanted. I'm not sure how we went from "wide selection" on the phone to "don't really carry that stuff" in person. In the end, we spent our money at a different store whose "wide selection" actually was one, and whose employees weren't one bit phased by customers with disabilities. Do not recommend.

This place is so unorganized and confusing not to mention expensive. They have clearance sections everywhere but everything in the section is either unmarked so you don’t actually know the price or it’s not actually clearance. And the regular priced aisles in general are also hard to tell what the price is.

Love this place! Was my first time in. Cashier could have had more customer service but the place being so neat made up for it.
Ps. Next time ask if I want a bag dont just assume I dont and make me walk out with my hands full because you aren't paying attention.

Poor after-sales service
Mishandling of the delivery company
Poor refund and failure to credit the account
And request personal data
He put the amount in a card, knowing that I did not accept to buy from them again due to poor after-sales
The manager says these rules, and for the first time I see strictness in the return service
