“Delightful store that’s been my go-to art store for over 50 years, starting with my 1st semester as a Fine Arts major at the U of A. They have grown and developed over the years, and have pretty much everything I could use as an artist or crafter. Plus they have a top-notch framer who can meet the needs of anyone looking to have a piece of art enhanced and professionally displayed. And finally - an art store with a company pet bunny? I’m all in.”

The person who helped us set up was very helpful and assisted my daughter with helping her make her fairy garden so I could make my dream catcher. We will be going back very soon ! “If there is a crafting idem I can't find at Hobby Lobby or anywhere local, I go straight to Rosa's Crafts. She has tons of ribbons, lace, silk flowers, craft flowers, glue sticks, and more. She even offers to make favors for your event at a great price. I have been doing g business ess with her over 28 years.”
“I have been a customer for around 50 years now. This is their third location in Tucson that I have been to. Too many changes of staff to remember, but the materials have remained the same high quality. What they don’t have on site can be ordered. Each person who has worked there always has some kind of interesting project using leather.”
“Very clean and well-kept considering all of the immense supplies found within this building the staff was very helpful to the extent that they could be but the store was definitely overwhelming for a first-time visitor and with both of the customer service Representatives I interacted with not knowing exactly where the product I was looking for was or a good product for a craft I was starting I was left very lost in a very large and overstocked store. In the end I ended up finding what I was looking for and more and with the help of a representative I deduced what would be the best product for my needs and she was able to at least direct me towards the area in which that product could be found. Great deals and sale pricing overall a great trip”
“I went in to get a birthday present for my daughter. I was at a total loss of what to buy since I am a fiber artist and my daughter does painting. Mr. Sarnoff help me pick the perfectly amazing birthday gift. His amazing daughter wrapped the gift so it was "so pretty and fancy". This is the perfect store to get the adult child in your life a gift. Also next door there are fabulous earrings, jewelry, and other gifts. This is why I love to support locally owned businesses.”

“Visited this location yesterday, after going to the competitor across the street, and will never go to the other place again. Joann's employees are friendly, helpful, and they actually check you out when you're ready to leave instead of making you be a cashier, which is a nice change. Also, Jan (fabric cutter) was great!”
“Ashley, the gal who cut my fabric today, was so pleasant to talk to. She has great customer service. The older gal who helped me cut fabric yesterday was also very helpful! This store has THE BEST people. You can tell they all try their best even though some customers can be very entitled. Anyway, I hope management see this :) I spent almost $200 this weekend and would love to come more often just for the great advice and wonderful people. The people in check out have been nothing but kind! There was a gentleman who helped me the day before and a woman today. I want to say her name might have been Kelly? Lovely store with lovely people!”

“I love this studio. I just completed a stained glass class with Andy where we selected a design by Jennifer Cole and made a piece over 5 weeks. Having never worked with glass, I was very comfortable with Andy’s instructions and guidance. They have all of the tools and supplies required in the shop. I was inspired by the beautiful glass work in the studio and motivated and excited to finish my project. Thanks Andy for all of your wonderful direction and Jennifer for a lovely design.”
