The shop has one wall with painted art work of different cartoon themes really well done. Great service really nice guy. Got a great deal better than any other smoke shop on this side of town.

This is likely my goto vape shop they have everything, The Young lady I dealt with was Polite, Courteous and Professional. This is simply an amazing business if I could rate it more than 5 stars I would in less than a heartbeat Awesome Staff and Amazing Prices.

Paid 26 for a geek bar pulse when we went earlier this month, December 2023, returned today the 28th and they charged me $33. When I asked why it was so expensive they said it would always been that price so I will no longer be going to the smoke shop. Just remember whatever price they tell you will not be the same next time.

We are so grateful we found the Aroma Smoke Shop. Owner John Carlo was warm, welcoming and provided the best service. We have visited a few smoke shops since moving here and this is by far the best experience: not rushed, shown our options and pleasant conversation. Thank you John Carlo!

I didn't even make a purchase but I'm giving them 5 stars just based off. The conversation I had with one of the employees on the phone. Even if they're not able to get the product we talked about I would still give him 5 for the customer service.

this has been the only smoke shop ive gone to for a year now , great customer service they treat you as more then just a customer or sale and always makes you feel like family 10/10 recommend great customer service great products and over a great place this will be the only smoke shop i go to in tucson
