I had the pleasure of calling in and speaking with Roseann to assist with my company's Gema Optiflex B powder-coat gun. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to provide options for the problem we are facing. I highly reccomend.

Yesterday was a rough day, both of our powder guns at work went down and our normal tech was out of state. After calling around Phoenix I couldn't find anyone to help us diagnose or fix the problem. I then happened upon Arizona Powder Supply in Tucson and my day finally got better! Roseann answered the phone and was so pleasant and helpful. We brought our machine all the way from Phoenix down to Tucson and they figured out what was wrong and cleaned up the device so it was in working order. They even gave us a list of parts to order and gave us options to help us decide the quickest fix. From start to end Roseann made a hectic day a lot easier on a lot of people thanks to her quick thinking and ability to help us out in an emergency.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Roseann while on the hunt for someone to look at my company's Gema Optiflex B powder-coat gun. Not only was she pleasant but incredibly helpful with providing options to help us out. Plus, look at that logo. The crew there definitely has to be a fun bunch!
