It was raining outside so I decided my husband really needed a hat he has been follically challenged since his 20s. I feel really bad his head gets cooler than normal men... If you know what I mean... Three months later I'm celebrating my divorce, because I met the love of my life Javier his long black Mexican curls took me... I didn't realize men with hair, so beautiful! As soon as he took off the hat he was wanting to buy. I just wanted him to take off more. I encouraged him with as much excitement and enthusiasm... I thought I would share I hope it's not inappropriate love does happen even in a hat store. Javier looks best in a fedora.

I called ahead to see if I could get my parent’s hats cleaned up/restored for Valentine’s Day. They encouraged me to bring them in. Despite the hats being wool, AZ Hatters worked on them anyway. They put a new leather strap and band around my Dad’s hat, in addition to cleaning it up. It had been crushed in our move and you wouldn’t believe the before (I wish I had remembered to take a before picture). I’m so thankful for the time and care they put into these hats. It means a lot. Thank you!!!

Went here wanting to buy my first proper hat on my way out of AZ and had an exceptional experience. Wasn’t sure what I was looking for but Jesse helped me find and fit the perfect hat for me which I’ll have years to come. The rest of the guys were so kind and great chat as well. If I’m ever in Tucson again, this is the only place I’d go to.

One day me and my dad stopped here because my dad had been wanting to buy a hat we went and not knowing really what we wanted and the employees there were really nice they talk to us they showed us some hats they showed us different price points had good conversation we had my dad ended up buying a really nice hats and he loves it and they even threw in a free box and gave him a free sticker to put on his head that my dad said he liked so this is a great place to come and shop for cowboys hats. They even clean and fit the hats there for you.

Walked in and walked out 10 minutes later with two hats - one adult and one kid. The first hat he made me try on is the one I loved. Expensive but worth it for hats made in the us. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I drive from Mesa, AZ to purchase my husband's hats. The fellas in there make sure my husband leaves happy every time we visit. This time, they didn't have the hat he wanted in stock. So they pulled out the catalog, called the hat company to verify this particular hat is still being made.Needless to say, we will be returning to pick up my husband's NEW hat in about a week.
