What happened to this place it went completely downhill my husband's been banking here for a very long time years and the way you guys treated him (and that includes the bank manager) was unacceptable just the last six to eight months in general we've been having a terrible time doing any kind of banking with this Bank you guys are lucky that my husband is a patient and kind person cuz I would have never put up with the way he was treated anyway it goes I'm hoping and praying by the end of the month I can talk him out of banking with you guys I think he deserves a much better banking experience than he got from you guys yesterday

Over the years dealing with the tellers I have had nothing but great experiences. I have never had any problems and if I did it was quickly resolved. I will always recommend them to my friends and family. Overall great experience.

TO ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! Was happy over the last several years that I've been with this credit Union I was restoring my credit, saving time as well as money and they were there to serve me every time I needed. Since they've changed their policy to 'better service us' I've noticed a complete lack of service. My credit is going back down they seem to have adopted a policy from Banks 20 years ago of nickel and dime you with every fee they can think of. even a fee for a fee...wow. they're barely ever open, their ATM that's 24 hours, granted, hasn't worked in over a week. This makes it very hard to try to forgive and forget what we were told from this credit Union during the pandemic, "you don't make enough for us to care." I'm not sure what else I should say or do here. Guess I'll be looking for other money options.... that or start stuffing it in my mattress again. Update: so they finally contacted me to address my concerns, just to tell me to my face that that's not their concern and they don't care. And why should they they already have our money.2nd Update: so they now strip every single service available from their clients. Can't even be honest about being bought out by another bank! They have cut back even more hours to be even less convenient. It seems like every other week or right around the first when bills are supposed to be paid, everything shuts down and we are unable to access our funds. Again I am failing to see how this better serve the customer. Wife and I were offered a auto loan and I've now been given a run around for this last 6 months. I encourage you to take your money out of this bank and just start saving it at home. Currently we are loosing an extra $250 a month to stay with this Bank.... UNEXCUSABLE.

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because they only have 1 branch in Tucson and it's over 25 miles from our home. But this past week I had to take care of banking business for my parents who have had their accounts at this Credit Union for over 30 years. The customer service I rec'd from Maria was superb! She was very patient and she took care of all my banking transactions with complete professionalism and a smile on her face!Thank you Maria

Avoid this bank at all cost. The app kicks you out when you try to do some thing in it for no reason. The automatic payment setting is a NIGHTMARE. Did it on the app: did not work. Did it IN PERSON: still did not work. Bottom line is that you can't trust the bank to manage your payment. If I knew this was going to be the case I would have never affiliated myself with the bank.Ohh, try calling.... you will need 100 years of availability. Get comfy.

I've had an account with AZ central CU for well over 15 years. The first major upset, and inconvenience was when they shut down the only centrally located branch on Alvernon. The shared branching had been their saving grace. And now we get a letter saying that there will no longer be shared branching! What a joke. Now I have no choice but to close this account and update all my payment accounts, just because shared branching is too much to maintain? Definitely look else where for your credit union needs.

When a person qualifies for a small secured loan and the truck is worth 3 times more then the loan, as well has full coverage insurance for ten (10) straight years, it is ILLEGAL to add their own insurance! The bank has the title as well as the insurance policy proof.Then proceeds to add the extra insurance onto the loan. Takes it out of my account, without my permission ( which is theft) then adds it to the loan amount.Arizona Central has permission to take ONLY the payment on a monthly bases ONLY!I even bought the EXTRA SILVER PLAN to make them happy.I DEMAND THAT THIS LOAN BE REDONE, AND DROP THE SILVER PLAN WITH THAT NEW LOAN!The Management leaves MUCH to be desired!

Tried to open an account 3 years ago...they made me sit and wait 2 hours...I was the only customer there. I finally gave up and walked out. Gave them another chance today to open a savings account for my daughter who just got a job. ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING THERE who couldn't help me! Insisting I make an appointment! This employee was NOT busy ....she was obviously unqualified or untrained.Having only one employee??? Come on...I went to WaFd and immediately got a savings account started for my daughter.I expect this branch to be out of business very soon.

I have never in my life Dealt with a more difficult Bank Or Credit Union That Puts you through So many obstacles Just to make a payment. My name Is nit on the account I'm a significant other I don't want any information I just want to give you my money And they will not take it because I'm not the name on the account. Ridiculous!!! I cannot Wait to refinance Just so I don't have to deal with them any longer!!! I would give them a zero if I could. This goes for both the bank and over the phone customer service.

I have been with this credit union for 22 years and used to love them, but the customer service has gone down the drain and I have been nothing but frustrated for the last couple of years. I am in the process of transitioning to another credit union and closing my accounts.

After waiting 3 months for a car title and asking three times where it was we finally got told today that it was sent to our old address in a completely different City Arizona Central credit Union you guys are liars because you've been sending us our mail to our PO box for the last 2 years how dare you lie to us

The worst possible service in banking you can find. Esther Perez from the Phoenix branch was the worst and inconsiderate representative.Not only did she and AZ Central refuse to work with us about our payment struggles during the pandemic, she repossessed our vehicle for $7.00 owed on a past month.We were able to pay off the vehicle to be able to keep it. The tow company had quoted us the daily rate. But this credit Union got a piece of the pie and charged double what the tow company had quoted.Then, Esther sat on the lien release for a month and would not notify MVD so that we could get our cleared title and new registration.There are plenty of other credit unions in Arizona with much better service to their members. Stay far away from this one.

I am a long term customer here in Tucson. 2-3 years ago the centrally located branch was closed with literally 30 days notice to employees and customers. Since then customers, including elderly patrons, have to either find transportation to do banking at the lone branch office, which is 14 miles away or do shared banking. Absolutely, no plans to replace this centrally located branch.During the pandemic, customer services has been absolutely abysmal. I have been a member since 1978 and the customer service has consistently declined. Presently, I am searching for a new banking partner after more than 40 years loyalty to AZ Central. Sad, sad, sad
