“Jessie arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem but the part needed was no longer made. He made recommendations for a new washer based on our use and needs. He gave us a $25 certificate for Christie’s. I went to Christie’s to see what they had and spoke to Doug. He was knowledgeable and I will return this weekend to make a purchase. We are long time customers of Christie’s and prefer them to the big box stores for appliances.”

Angela even followed up with us. EXCELLENT customer service. The delivery guy's were great. They called to let us know when they were on their way. “What can I say about this place. Let me start by saying they are an awesome bunch. I’ve gotten two televisions, washer,dryer, two laptops, sofas. Even after I paid my washer and dryer, after they broke down. Lenard was able to get them serviced at no charge to me plus gave me a loaner until mine was ready. Gabriel really really works with you on payments and Is a funny guy. Highly recommend this place”

“I was just some dude who needed help buying a hard to find plumbing part. Brandon helped me get what I needed and helped explain how it worked. I pleaded my ignorance in plumbing and was treated as if I was an important contractor.I highly recommend this place if you don't want to waste your time and money.Note to management: Give Brandon a raise and when a spot opens, a promotion. It's hard to find good employees and be able to retain them....believe me I know. Most young men these days could care less about customers, Brandon has made me think Ferguson's first for plumbing parts from now on.”

Over the phone, helped us locate the replacement motor for our refrigerator; when I went in to the store to purchase and showed them the "damaged" one we had taken out, the clerk recognized that we had ordered the wrong part. No problem! A quick search on his part and they were able to sell us the correct part. Very professional and helpful.”

“My wife and i have been renting from this store for years and they have always been very understanding and helpful. I know when people hear about rental stores/companies it often associated with bad experiences (constant calling and harassing, poor customer service, and just bad) but the staff at services at location are deserving of praise. Recently i went to rent a game system through their website and long story short due to an error in verifying i was not able to get that. However, that same day Hollis called and asked, "what can i do to help?". So, he then spent the next 2 hours calling around to different stores in hopes of finding my item. And to my surprise he found one! I came in that next day and signed and happily took my console home but, none of that would have been possible without his extra effort and care. All of their staff members have always been super friendly and helpful (also shout out to Leah and Krystal for always answering the phone and making payments easy and friendly, lastly a huge shout to their store Manager Melissa because without her help my wife and i would have fallen behind.)”

“I needed a plastic bearing housing for the upper rack in my dishwasher. I saw online that the entire track was available, but not the bearing housing. Went to G&N on Broadway and they were super helpful. They also couldn't get just the bearing housing by itself, but their price on the entire track was significantly lower that online. Will definitely return next time I need something!”

“This place is awesome I came there to rent a pressure washer and a kind guy with long blonde hair helped me out and when I came back to return it my trunk lid had broke and it was storming so hard and he helped me tie up my trunk in the rain by the end of it I was soaked but happy that it met a great individual ! Shout out to the rental department they are awesome and the guy that helped me in the pouring rain deserves a big thank you !”
“I am in home Depot on Broadway and pantano just about every day of the week not weekends very often today I witnessed the manager Lance in the parking lot for about an hour pushing in carts. Top loader carts flat carts and the carts that you stack wood on sideways. Lance the manager; I personally with my own eyes watched him doing this. You talk about a manager that leads by example, there you have it.”
“I may have reviewed this Home Depot before and always hated the place. Well, I must have hit them on a good day. I've never had such friendly and helpful staff at this place. The parking lot wasn't the mess it always has been either. I hope this continues in the future, but I doubt it.”
